This was one of the best Vrbo rentals we have stayed at so far. Beautiful area and property. Cabin was clean, beds and furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen worked great for cooking all our meals while we were there. We had no problem finding the place and it had easy access to Island Park and Yellowstone.

This home is exactly what is advertised! It was a fantastic get away - with a lot of wildlife to see…we did see a moose in the field as we drove into the neighborhood!!!Beautiful, spacious, and very clean!!!

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed this well appointed cabin in the woods. S'mores by fire, wildlife and YSNP! This place was a perfect get away for our grown family of 6.

The house was perfect. We had 11 people (including 5 grandchildren ranging from 6-15) and there was plenty of room. Entire rental process was smooth. Support from owner was great. Setting was perfect (including the deer walking through the property to the delight of our younger grandchildren). We would highly recommend all properties provided by Sawtelle, especially the house we stayed in. Best VRBO experience we have had to date. Great host communication and follow-up.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in this wonderful property nestled in the woods and completely equipped with everything we could have asked for. The occasion was a three generational stay and Yellowstone trip to celebrate the grandmother's 80th birthday in comfort and style. The house was immaculate and included tools for making s'mores around the fire pit, barbecuing equipment, a comfortable fireplace to create a cozy ambience in the evening, and was nicely and comfortably furnished. Our ten days were magical, with deer and fox sightings as we sipped our coffee on the porch; the location within a nice resort with nearby lake, lodge, horsebackriding was very convenient. We all hated to leave!

Wonderful Island Park stay

We stayed the week of June 22-29, 2024. Ten people were comfortable. The cabin was clean, well stocked and met our needs with ease. We saw the neighborhood fox a few times and other local animals. This cabin is about 40 minutes from the west gate to Yellowstone, so you’ll want to start early if that is your destination. We had one small issue with the automatic lock on the front door but this was addressed same day. Thanks for having us. Will recommend to friends and family heading to Yellowstone.

House was great! We cooked almost all of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we wanted from a waffle maker to outdoor deck. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. Neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend if you are going to Yellowstone or staying in the Island Park area for other reasons. We will absolutely stay again! The rental team was very responsive and wonderful to work with.
