The stay with S'mores Retreat Cabin was great. The few questions/issues we had with the property was resolved pretty quickly. We would recommened them for anyone else needing a vacation home.

Communication was excellent, check in was a breeze! They sent me the door code an hour before check in and all I had to do was just park and walk in. The cabin was great, well supplied and well taken care of...the cabin even had a clean/sterile/refreshing smell to it so it was obviously professionally cleaned. It is situated just a few minutes drive from the main strip in Pigeon Forge but still off the main road enough where it is very quiet and peaceful. Check out was a breeze also! Clear instructions on what to do and was very simple! I will definitely be back anytime I come to the area!

20th anniversary/vow renewal stay with two furbabies

Cabin was just as described. Location is close to everything. It was clean & smelled good when we arrived. Hot tub & fire pit area are great. Host was very informative, helpful & quick to respond. Check-in process & directions were easy. It had everything we needed. Very dog friendly & nice area across the street to walk the dogs. Only noise is people driving in & out of the resort. It it quiet, the noise is more up the hill in the busier area. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Cute little place

Property was clean. Checkin was easy. Host very communicative. Bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. (Please upgrade to a curved shower curtain rod :) Quick to get to places nearby. House is right on the road so that could be an issue for some. Hot tub was nice. Thanks for the steps and towel hooks. Doggy poop bags provided, thanks for thinking of them. Overall, we had a nice time. Would stay again. Thank you!

Nothing really unique. Easy location to get to.Needs upgrading, hot tub had dirt built up all around it and the cover. We didnt go in because of it. Floor boards separating in kitchen. Stray cats all around right at front door trying to get in and crying all night.
