Jt is a wonderful and accommodating host. The studio is spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's a quite area with a relaxing view. Thank You!
The room has a lovely view over the bay. The property is located in a quiet idyllic street And is a level bike ride along a beach then through the university to the vibrant downtown. I didn’t get in my rental car the entire stay. The host was fantastic. I stay in Vrbos because I love meeting people and making new friends. I will certainly stay here again. If you are looking for a quiet lovely place… this has a lot to offer. I’d give 6 stars if possible

Thank you David! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and I look forward to your re-visit!
Outstanding host who did everything possible to make this a great stay. Location is unique, this is an upstairs bedroom in a house tucked back behind a so-so neighborhood in ‘Old Southeast’ right on the water which was cool. The space itself is fairly small, one bed, a small bathroom, small fridge and microwave and table. No kitchen so if you need a place to cook this may be a challenge. But for a night or two away being in St Pete and not right downtown it was a good choice. Really beautiful view from the room.

You were a pleasure to host! And I’m glad you appreciated the proximity to downtown and the views! Old Southeast is the oldest plated neighborhood in St Pete, so it offers a wide range of experience while still being charming and so close in. Hope to see you again!
The place is beautiful, clean, and incredibly peaceful. The view of the water is calming and serene—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this spot on our list for future trips to St. Pete.
