The house wasn’t ready for renters when I arrived; beds, WiFi, lamps, TVs, etc., either had not arrived, were being repaired or hooked up over the first couple weeks. Rest of the time was good. The owner responded immediately when I had questions or problems. The house is located not far from the beach and close to restaurants in downtown Venice. Once the remaining work is completed, the house should be fine for future renters.

This was the first booking for this house and although the essentials were in the home beds baths furniture kitchen utensil's, appliances W/D 70” TV all new I might add the cable WiFi had to have a service appointment scheduled as it needed extra attention. I did have non essential items delivered to the home as it was my choice to continue to improve the home with items for the comfort and enjoyment of the guest stay. This didn’t last weeks and in three days the WiFi was connected. The guest failed to mention that I reimbursed the first 3 days of her stay as well as waived the clean fees. I personally made trips to the property to assure the guests and to see any improvements finished.

We only stayed 5 days. The place was dirty & dusty. The grille did not work. No pots or pans to cook with. Silverware did not match. The drains in the kitchen sink are rusted. The furniture left a lot to be desired. The dresser in the master was cardboard.

I’m sorry you feel this way as my home does have all cooking utensils necessary to cook daily meals . You never answered or responded to my replies to your issues. You couldn’t even work the thermostat to turn on the ac that works beautifully by the way. I would never rent to you again and would recommend to others not to as well! I received a 5 star rating from the prior guest who cooked ever night and enjoyed the house. The house was professionally clean as all of my properties are. I could’ve told you where to find the pots and pans if you would’ve answered my messages. Stay away please you were not the normal guest I’ve ever had over 3 years of hosting.
