LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING

As you enter you will be greeted by a unique curved stairway. The dining area has an open wall to the newly remodeled “chef's” kitchen, which is generously appointed with elegant cabinetry and a brand cooking island. Upstairs and downstairs both have a living room with a fireplace, elegant hardwood floors, and ceiling beams. Additional amenities include; a separate laundry room, a two-car attached garage, ample off street parking, two upstairs balconies providing classic Santa Fe views, rear yard with covered patio and large outdoor table for dining.



With queen sleeper sofas in both living rooms, Encantada is perfect for up 12, or a couple wanting just the best in a Santa Fe experience with an excellent location and a quality home to stay in.

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $250 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th.

Excellent house, very nice

We rented the house with another family to make a total of four adults and five kids. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen, and separate seating areas for everyone to have some space. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to Santa Fe.

This house was great!! We were 6 women from all over on our annual girls weekend. Really comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was fab!! Big living room with lots of comfortable couches and a wood burning fire place (which we used everyday because it was chilly) Walking distance to the plaza was perfect for our group.

Spacious, beautiful home and great location.

This home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities that a good hotel would have. The kitchen was large enough to allow our family to sit around and talk. Every utensil could ever need is there. So far this has been the best house we have rented. And owners are friendly and attentive. Thanks, Two Casitas!

Strongly Recommend This Southwestern Santa Fe Sanctuary

We had a wonderful weekend in Santa Fe at Two Casitas. From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with this beautiful home. We loved the Southwestern decorations, the well-stocked kitchen, and the layout of the house. The team at Two Casitas made everything so easy. Parking was a dream and downtown a short walk away. It was a dream booking and we are so grateful for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location to town

This beautiful home has all the amenities you would want. Since the weather was nice, we spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The grounds were a little run down and not very inviting. They could definitely spruce up the patio area. We definitely stay again.

Beyond perfect! Stunning house on the hill. We booked this house for our family of 9. The photos looked amazing but in person this house is beyond incredible. From the decor to the layout of the rooms, we couldnt have asked for a more perfect house and location - close to the plaza - for our vacation. Thank you Two Casitas!

Great location in Santa Fe

This is a nice house within walking distance of the Santa Fe square and access to great restaurants and shopping. The house is comfortable and better stocked than most rental homes. The only thing we would have liked was a better view, but that's hard to get when you are renting in town. One thing to keep in mind is that this house has numerous levels and steps, so it would be difficult for someone with less mobility.

This place has it all!

This house was perfect for two families with teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enough bathrooms to suit the needs of teenage girls! The outdoor spaces and fire pit were lovely for mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee or glass of wine respectively. The kids enjoyed baking a pie in the kitchen with the apples they bought at the farmers market. The plaza was a short distance, and we honestly found it easier to walk most places then to have to find parking on a busy holiday weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Family Home in Santa Fe

This home was perfect for a family wedding weekend in Santa Fe. There was plenty of space for people to spread out. And every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything one would need for a weekend or a month stay! Two Casitas arranged for us to have two pack-n-plays for the children which helped tremendously. Check-in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated Two Casitas working with us for an early check-in and late check-out to accommodate the children's naps. We would highly recommend this house and Two Casitas.

Beautiful home in great location!

Casa Encantada exceeded our expectations! When we arrived, we found the house was immaculate and we were delighted to find a welcome basket with a bottle of wine along with chips and salsa. A really nice touch. The house is so tastefully decorated with just enough decor but not too much to make it feel cluttered. We were four families staying in the house and we had more than enough room to spread out. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the downstairs living room and listening to music. Everything we needed was provided for us from the firewood to the laundry detergent. We could also easily walk to the Plaza from the house. The only thing I would add would be bar stools in the kitchen. Thank you - we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home-great beds!

Our family of 8 came for a week of skiing! Encantada had all the sleeping and hanging out space we needed. And the highlight of the home is the beds--we've rented all over the world and the beds are usually lacking....but all of us (except those in the twin beds because they are short beds, not the XL twins!) raved daily about the quality of the mattresses and the bedding! We spent time in the kitchen, the dining room, the bedrooms for sleeping and the downstairs living. We literally went from waking to breakfast, skiing all day, to showers, dinner and some hanging out before we crashed for the night. We played games and watched March Madness in the living; one of our girls had to work on homework and she enjoyed the two little chairs and table near the windows, but still in the midst of the family. I cooked two full meals for our crew each day--the kitchen is situated so that I could still be part of the group and engage in what everyone else was doing in the downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed the home and our time there!

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Easy checkin. Clean. Well appointed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we stayed in Santa Fe. We really didn't care to watch television, but if that is your thing, be prepared to study and puzzle over the numerous controllers to try to figure out how they work.
