We chose Centerville for its location and wonderfully quiet neighborhood. When you are just south of Falmouth Road (28) you can access a number of beaches as well as historic towns in under 2 miles.
What makes this property unique
This home is built in the classic full cape style on a generous piece of property. The home is larger than it looks and can accommodate two families. There is ample parking and a large garden to roam and enjoy.
