Spacious, breezy condo w/upstairs loft bedroom and two lanais.

Renovated townhouse has both a king & queen size bed in the upstairs loft, as well as a pune'e bed in the downstairs living room. All linens provided.

Renovated bathroom with a rainforest shower.

Fully stocked kitchen, and dining area that seats six complete this Princeville retreat.

Rear lanai with dining table for four also has BBQ grill.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach towels provided.

Access to laundry machines available on request.

Please note - owner occupies a separate unit with its own private entrance and a locked door between the two units.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Thomas was the most accommodating and generous host we've ever come across. His place was sparkling clean. We felt like we were staying at a high end resort. The lush and beautifully landscaped lanai was a lovely retreat to enjoy our evening meals. Everything you may need, he thought of; from the robustly stocked pantry filled with every kind of condiments and sauces, to appliances and pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen, to fluffy thick white towels and crisp linen in the bathroom and bedroom, to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler for your beach needs. Thomas even provided Netflix for his guests to enjoy. We did not lack a thing. We'd return in a heartbeat if we come back to Kauai. You will not be disappointed staying at Thomas' condo.
