Great Location

Loved the apartment in the historic house. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome location - easy walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown.

This is an upstairs apartment, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's very large, clean, bright and lovely. The location is outstanding! Easy walk to all of Oregon Shakespeare festival,., restaurants, and shops. Our group of four had a lovely time, and enjoyed our time in the apartment as much as our time outside doing activities..One thing to note, it is an upstairs apartment. That was not clear in the description. Luckily none of us had mobility issues. I I hope the owner will update the description so that's clear. Otherwise, this is one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed in! We plan to come back again next year.

Lovely Accommodations & Awesome Location!

Beautiful home only 1 block away from downtown Ashland. Never drove once we arrived. Property owner, Stan, was onsite and checked on us twice during a 5 day stay. If you are looking for a rental in Ashland this place is PERFECT!!
