My Sister and I stayed here while we were in the city for a concert and it was great! It looks just like the pictures , very quiet area. There is a small like shopping center and food all very walkable. We enjoyed our stay!
This place was perfect for a quick weekend visit. The host clearly communicated check in and check out instructions. The neighborhood was very eclectic and charming. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We had an okay stay here but wouldn’t stay again. Pros:- big and spacious- Great location- Host was pretty good at communicatingCons:-cleanliness: Not clean, ceiling fans were caked with dust and dirt, floors were not cleaned, entire apartment had a strong musty smell-Kitchen: Hardly any pots or pans to cook-parking: Instructions for parking from host were not accurate and we got a ticket the first night at 11:45pm after we were told by the host that it would be fine after 9pm. In order for the overnight pass to work, you have to move the car 3 blocks away.-bathroom: the shower pressure was too strong for the drain capacity and the water backed up. The host initially sent over maintenance which was great and timely but the issue was not fixable. -blinds: blinds were broken all over the house which compromised privacy- keys: only one set of keys and no keypad locks. Not a huge deal but pretty inconvenient if you and another person want to go out and do your own thing.
Wonderful place. Stayed four nights and went in and out to visit family in Oak Park and nearby neighborhoods. Everything you will need when looking for a place to stay. Clean, roomy, comfy and had everything we needed!Consider staying here!
The place was clean, and open enough for my teenage daughter to have her own space while we were staying there. It was close enough to downtown for us to see the sights, but far enough (about 15 minutes) that it was nice and quiet.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
A pleasant stay for graduation trip to the Windy City
Overall we had a good experience. Perfect beautiful Oak Park location. Short walk to Blue line. It was super hot - window AC units had tough time but it was fine.
The place was very cute and easy to find. The door is very hefty, so I felt secure. My only concern was the amount of dust on the ceiling fans. We had someone staying with us with asthma(the host did not know this, not their fault), so we could not circulate air using the fans.
This charming apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It is a very short walk to the Green CTA train station. It was a quick 25-30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. The CTA ticket was 5 dollars a day and lets you ride all the trains and buses. There is a wonderful breakfast spot across from the train station. It is a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Moe was very quick to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.
Lovely older apartment with hard wood floors and high ceilings! However, lobby door was very old and difficult to unlock - had to wiggle the key for quite awhile to get it to catch. Also would be helpful to label the 4 keys provided as there was one for the main door, one for the basement laundry facilities, and one for the apartment itself - never found out what the 4th key was for. Kitchen was fully equipped and easy for cooking meals. All in it was a very nice stay and the owner was very helpful when needed.

Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again

My overall impression: a promising work in progress, with glitches pretty easy to rectify. No problems witth check-in.Kitchen was fine for us, as we only made coffee. The Keurig worked fine for the only 8 K-cups supplied. All the dozens of spare pods in the cabinet were the smaller size for Nespresso machines and not usable in the Keurig.
Hello I stayed here for 2night with my friends for birthday trip. I was highly disappointed I communicate with the host telling them the tub was not draining. when we arrived it was already dirty water in the tub that was not draining. Also we found bugs in the house
I was mostly confused about how to go about checking in so i had to call. We were told we would get an email soon telling us everything we needed to know which is fine, but we didnt know that till almost check in time. A minor inconvenience but not serious. Loved the area!
