South Lake Charles Guest Cottage - Country Setting, Rustic Ambience

Tiny house feel with more space than you think. This is a guest cottage next to a main house situated on a full acre of land. There is a shared driveway with the main house and no fencing between the two homes. You will have access to the guest cottage only. The living area has great natural light, desk and work area, piano for your musical inclinations. Kitchen has full stove, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven and full freezer. Bedroom is full-size bed with dresser and make-up desk. Full bath with shower over tub. All the amenities of a full house packed into this tiny house. Quaint and rustic all at the same time.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return all keys to the lockbox.
If it is close to Monday morning, take trash bin to street for Monday morning trash truck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any cleaning costs over and above the cleaning fee paid with your reservation will be charged after checkout.
Parking for the cottage is on the left side of the driveway. Leave the right side for the main house guests.
Quiet hours are to be observed from 10 PM through 7 AM.
