The house was clean. The property manager was quick to respond and easy to work with. It is an older property but well maintained. It is a pretty historic area. Very convenient to downtown. Seemed to be priced around other properties in the area. Perfect for exploring the town and area.
Our stay was excellent and perfectly met our needs. We planned to visit both the Sedona/Red Rock area and the Grand Canyon. Our location was perfect for both. We took the Grand Canyon Rail on one day and it was located just a few blocks from the house. We wandered through the Route 66 main street of Williams and it was a nicely walkable trip from the house. The house itself was very clean and in excellent repair. Although the old floors are mildly warped as is the case in most old houses, it certainly did not detract from our stay. The kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms were well stocked and the heat worked perfectly (and it was cold at night). Although the mattresses were a little soft on two beds and the internet was a little spotty at times, I felt those were very minor issues. Overall, an outstanding house, host, and location made for an excellent trip. We strongly recommend this host and property.
Thank you for leaving a review. I'm so sorry that a city sewer line broke during your stay. This issue has been resolved and fixed and hopefully we never have an issue like the one that you experienced. Please stay with us again and I will heavily discount your stay. I want to thank you for contacting me promptly when this occurred, and how courteous you were when this incident happened on the last day of your stay. Thank you.
Great place in Williams. We spent Christmas in this ole house and enjoyed the location. It was close to the train and downtown area. We found it very clean. I liked that the tables were cleared off, to set our own belongings. The decor matched the location. Very quaint. We could not navigate the TV. But that turned out to be a positive. Instead, we played games and found a trivia book. More family interaction!
Very enjoyable. Backyard was lovely to sit and enjoy the afternoon. My family like the short car ride to the train. The train ride was super and everyone on the train (employees) were very nice and we got to visit with them.

Thank you, we definitely appreciate guests like your family.😊
Great house to stay. Everything you could ask for, comfortable beds, large fridge, good showering in the two bathrooms. Large living room area to unwind in,5 of us in our party. Good locking system on the front door with clear instructions. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, perfect to explore the main streets of Williams which were a 10 minute walk away for us 60 elders.
We enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and as described. One suggestion, the bathtub surface is extremely slippery, I would suggest putting a no slip mat in the tub.
Great trip the house was very charming, clean, and comfortable. We were in town to go on the polar express and it is an easy walk into town to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Wonderful way to spend the holidays would definitely stay again!
The house was clean and kitchen and bathroom were stuffed with essentials. Nothing fancy but It is a pretty decent house. We were comfortable and had a good rest after tiring day in the grand canyon.

Worked great for our party of 5. We do the car show every year and enjoyed staying in a house allowed to a hotel this year.
We enjoyed the stay, just wish it had some central AC. It got hot at night and we like it cold when we sleep. Other then that it was a very nice place and a very cute town.

Currently we do only have a window A/C unit in the living room and are working on installing a split unit which will add A/C to the rest of the home. Many homes in Northern Arizona do not have any A/C cooling because it doesn't get as hot in the Mountain towns of Arizona like it does in the desert areas.
We had a great time on our holiday, enjoyed our walks to downtown, walked to GC Railway, great space for our family to play games, relax and have down time. Great location for closeness to shops and restaurants. Par

Three generations of our family were born in Williams Arizona, with our family history at the Grand Canyon dating back to the early 1900's . Our grandfather was a world champion roper and rode in wild west shows and guided hunting trips into the Grand Canyon . We are avid outdoors people who love to hike, explore, snow ski and raft the Colorado River of the Grand Canyon.
Why they chose this property
We love and enjoy the small town atmosphere and friendly neighborhood. A great place for raising a family . We enjoy the outdoors around Williams and surrounding areas and we are totally attached to the Grand Canyon.
