Amazing stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Amanda’s penthouse. The condo has a great layout with everything we needed for our stay and very clean. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space and storage for our things, and kitchen was well stocked. The suggestions from the host were fun and kept us entertained. We are already looking forward to a return stay!

Comfort in Cabo

This condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do and visit. The view was spectacular- we took full advantage of the balcony patio mornings and evenings. The furnishings are beautiful and the hosts have thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. They’ve provided everything you need for a fun week in paradise! Highly recommend this property- you will not be disappointed!

Awesome view and stay

We loved the awesome water view and appreciated the convenient location. The corner patio afforded us the ability to enjoy morning coffee as well as evening meals with a panoramic view of the ocean, town, and hills. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was super clean, bright, and well decorated. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We definitely will stay again.

Home Away from Home

I can not say enough good things about our stay! The views from the balcony were amazing, I could sit there all day and look at the ocean. The condo is very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We had no problems during our stay and we will definitely be going back next summer!

The views from this condo are spectacular. Spacious and clean, well equipped, easy access, and all we needed to make our month-long stay comfortable and complete. Distance to town was good, considering the benefit of the Sea of Cortez views. There’s is a lot of construction in the surrounding neighborhoods, so the roads to the condo can be challenging to maneuver. This however, is temporary and will only improve the area more so. Security is present to add to the relaxing vibe at the (2) pools and grounds. You will not be sorry renting this home.

This is a pure Gem

We spent 9 days there , the unit is just perfect even the pictures doesn’t give it the full credit. Amenities and commodities are packed, not missing anything , even more that at my own house, the pool and the gym are awesome. The view !!!!!!!! This is a 10 Kassandra (management) was very responsive when we had questions. We will surely be coming back here on our next trip to Cabo.

Beautiful and Good Energy

We got all information needed to check in, had a lovely host show us our room and walk through things with my family of 7! Three rooms were big with lots of closet space. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful and and easy to use. View is TO DIE FOR. Sunset and sunrise. The two pools were perfect temperature and great atmosphere. Gym was clean and quiet. We did not have a single complaint! Thank you for blessing us with this home to stay in while we ventured around Cabo 🌞👑

Our stay at this stunning Cabo penthouse was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the panoramic ocean views, beautifully curated decor, and the peaceful, upscale vibe throughout the space. WOW WOW WOWThis property 100% awesome Absolutely no complaints #1 the place has the best view in Cabo The pictures don't do it justice The place was perfectly clean, perfectly stocked, better than described . 3 huge bedrooms, amenities like beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and pool tubes. It is very well stocked with everything you need for a kitchen . Importantly, EVERYTHING worked. Washer, dryer, appliances, A/CDid I mention the view? WOW! Direct view of Medano and the arch and the mountain #2 communication was great, person met us there at the exact time we arrived as we stayed in contact as soon as we landed. Let us in, showed us around , Perfect# 3 Property is unbelievableThe pools are incredible perfectly clean , the pictures of the lower pool don't do it justice Its amazing, as well as the club house and the rooftop pool with a view of the arch as well #4 location is perfect too Up on a hill, surrounded by other communities. Like 1-2 im from the 4 lane, theres many restaurants amd convenience stores at the bottom of the hill and walmart is literally right there Security at the gate 24/7 Parking right outside, and there is an elevator Overall 10/10 and higher I am so glad I picked this place it made the trip and family was blown away They said it's the best VRBO I've ever got

Perfect Cabo vacation spot

We will be rebooking here when we come back in a few months!! Highly recommend. A++ 10/10. We didn’t want to leave! We chose to stay in a condo this trip so we could all be together as a family and cook and spend more quality time together that it's hard to get in a hotel. This condo did not disappoint. It was spotless, well equipped for travelers, and had very comfortable beds! The furniture inside was comfortable to lounge in and the outdoor seating areas were perfect. The view is amazing, and we grilled dinner and ate out on the patio several times. The pools and the gym were super nice, too. We had a larger group with teenagers, kids, and adults, and there was plenty of room in the condo and on property for everyone. The furniture and furnishings are high end, and the property is gated and well kept! It was a quick drive to the beach and stores but removed from the hustle and bustle. Which was nice. Truly made the best memories here!

Exceeded expectations

Choose this property on VRBO based on pictures and crossed my fingers that it would be at least 85% of what I saw on the listing. Before I even checked in, the owner was very communicative and happily responded to all my "dumb questions". I knew my vacation was headed in the right direction when the property manager (Kassandra) texted me the night before my arrival introducing herself and to explain the check-in process- She even recommended a van service I used for pickup from SJD airport to the property. Once on site, Kassandra greeted us at the gate and gave us an overview of the facility & amenities- Oh and I forgot to mention, we arrived on Christmas Day when all this was going down.Now to the unit itself, my family was beyond impressed when we entered- This place was in immaculate condition with all the comforts of home and then some! We discovered amenities we didn't even realized we needed until we did, such as dedicated beach towels and a beach chair to use for the beach. The apartment also has almost every streaming service one can image on a state of the art TV with surround system which the kids took total advantage of at night after spending every day at the beach. One note- This apartment is in a gated community that is about a 10 minute drive from the beach. But I found this to be a blessing as you get a clear view from the kitchen & balcony of all of Cabo without any of the road noise or potential late night drunk action. Highly recommend!

Our stay was good but there are things that need more attention if renting your place. There was no hot water for 3 days as she didn’t check to make sure tank was full before our stay. Kind of important and was super annoying. We stayed in Cabo last year at another place and they had welcome drinks and munchies for us. I think something like that could and should be done. Sets the tone of the stay and makes renters happy. It’s a little thing but goes a long way. Plus the book they have to give you all the info you need about your stay was no where to be found. We ended up finding it in the spare room under some stuff. All this should have been checked to make sure it was out for us as we arrived. They didn’t have a kettle for those that like tea… like myself. They said they didn’t have one as people in Mexico don’t use them. However if you are running a rental place you must accommodate for everyone that comes from around the world. I’d also say that it would be nice to have some out door furniture to sit and enjoy the patio and the view should be invested in. They had dinning table for eating but that was it. It really should be made into an area for enjoying the nice Cabo nights. Plus the dining table has a fire table but doesn’t work. Kind of a waste. They create such a nice ambiance so a missed opportunity for these owners. Overall we had a nice time, pool areas are beautiful. I will say anytime we need to communicate with her she responded very quickly.

Our family is from Texas and we love spending time together traveling and making memories. There are so many things we love about Cabo! We love to travel up to the East Cape and ride ATVs and explore the surroundings at slower pace. San Jose is a favorite for the Art Walk, delicious food and local shops. We have explored many of the public beaches but especially enjoy Palmilla as well as the shops at Palmilla and the Cream Cafe! Fishing is phenomenal in Cabo San Lucas and we love catching new species. The best part of fishing is taking your catch right off the boat to be cooked up and served! The people are friendly and we love practicing our Spanish! If you stay at our condo, you will find a binder with many more recommendations and awesome things to consider during your stay!

Why they chose this property

We knew from the minute we stepped in and saw the view of the Cabo Arch from our patio that this was where we wanted to be. Ventanas de Cabo is nestled in the hills so it is quiet and serene but not lacking any beauty. It's very easy to get to the marina in Cabo San Lucas, visit any of the many public beaches or take a cruise into San Jose and enjoy shopping and food. We felt like it gave us a lot of options to enjoy Cabo to the fullest.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is located in the hills but still has a magnificent view of the ocean. We are on the top floor and in an end unit so there is lots of natural light and nothing obstructing our views. We thoughtfully furnished the home to feel very inviting and easy to host families and entertain.
