Family - party of 7Pros. House as expected Good location for price Functional houseWell air-conditionedLarge screened in porch. Plenty of plates/cupsStove was greatLaundry machines were big. Dishwasher did its job. Water pressure was good. When there was an issue they took care of it. CleanConsExternal fence should be replacedScreens on porch need repaired as well as the back door (huge gap at the bottom) If the dining table expanded we could not figure it out, and it was not set up for large families to eat at. Not enough silverware for large families Not enough LR furniture for more than 5. Tips:Bring your own kitchen utensils. We had to buy a masher and there were no ladles-made due with a coffee mug. One bathroom is in the main first floor bedroom so plan accordingly. Bedroom with bunk beds has no air conditioning. Unit is in hallway and as long as the door stays open you will be fine.

The house was fabulous. There is not one thing that was missing. The stairs was my exercise. The elevator was great for loading and unloading luggage, groceries, etc. We only used as needed. The living area was spacious and we all enjoyed watching movies, playing shuffle board, etc. my whole family loved it. The bikes and beach accessories were great also. Great trip enjoyed by everyone!! Thank you Tracey.
