Highly Recommend! This townhouse by the beach was perfect for my husband and I (and our dog, Sadie!). Just as described, well-appointed with lots of extras, and the communication and responsiveness was quick! The next time we come to Jax Beach, FL we WILL be renting this home again!

Everything is wonderful about this place! The location is unbeatable, The owner and property manager are extremely helpful and responsive. The unit has everything you would need and is a great space to hangout with family and friends. Everything is updated and decorated fabulously. Would love to rent again!

Beautiful property just steps from a clean and quiet section of beach. The host was very responsive from beginning to end. My only complaint was the lack of a door to the master bathroom which, to be fair, was clearly listed in the description. I just didn’t realize how much that door meant to me until there wasn’t one . The surrounding area was wonderful too. So many options within a close distance for restaurants, groceries and shopping.

A little slice of heaven

Lisa was an amazing beach host. Great communication from beginning to the end. We loved our beach house stay on Jax beach and did not want to leave. Steps from the beach and a beautiful balcony ocean view. The beach house was super clean, the decor was top of the line. Just a wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation.

You can see the ocean from the balcony. Literally steps to the beach access. Walking down to the pier or shops takes maybe 15 min. But we had kids so we drove. The property manager and homeowner were great. Both checked in multiple times. Lisa the homeowner even ordered new boogie boards for the kids. I thought the amount of towels, paper towels, and toilet paper was MORE than enough for the 5 of us. The ice maker was full. And I loved the master shower, unfortunately so did our kids so they kept sneaking into our room to shower! . We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome location!!

Literally steps to the beach. This made it easy with small children. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. They had high end appliances and fixtures throughout. It’s also very close to restaurants. We ate at a few local spots that were amazing and they were just minutes away (and no wait for a table even with a party of 6. Overall the stay was great, but the WiFi wasn’t good. It actually didn’t work. There was one day that I needed to work and ended up having to connect my laptop to my phones personal hotpot. Also, due to the lack of WiFi, the televisions were buffering, often. This made it difficult with the little ones (and husband). Lastly, the shower in the master bedroom was a little strange, but we got used to it haha. We’ve never used an eco shower before. It worked as it was supposed to, though.
