Great property, in a great location. It was easily accessible for the attractions we wanted to see, such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and downtown Colorado Springs. Our family of 6 had plenty of room! The host was very responsive.

We had a group of 8 teens and they enjoyed the hottub and big screen to watch movies before bed. We were only in the house at night after a day of exploring and ate breakfast there but the house had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed it!

A great getaway

We had a great experience at this home. It was clean, well put together and the hot tub was nice to relax. The owners were communicative and made the stay easy, with great follow up. The location was great and close to so many great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great! We were safe and had very comfortable beds to rest. The thick towells were wonderful to use and we really enjoyed the hot tub! We cooked in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Appreciated a warm cup of coffee in the crisp morning. The cleaning staff did an excellent job! We enjoyed pikes peak and area.

Mini Family Vacay

Our stay was great! There was putt putt, PacMan, Shuffle Board, and a projector screen for the kids. The space was perfect for our large family (5 children) with many different sleeping options for them all plus grandparents. The home is located on a busy street, but the two car parking in front of the property was wonderful. Vicky (the host) was SUPER kind and helpful-very quick to reply to any inquiries.

The house was perfect for my family and I. We enjoyed the movie projector downstairs. It was raining so we were unable to use the hot tub and fire pit. We'll definitely visit again!

Terrible smell when checking in, gas containers empty for both the grill and fire table. Host told us on the check in night that we could go to store to get them filled and be reimbursed. Almost everything in this listing was either inaccurate or broken. Host offered to come by at our convenience to do a walk through on day 2.

Lovely Visit

This was a lovely house. We did have slight issues getting into the front door, but host was extremely helpful. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the additional extra touches that were available for us, such as toothpicks and make up wipes in the bathroom, coffee and tea available in the kitchen (although we did bring our own). While we did not use the hot tub, the option was available and several commented about using it the next time we came to Springs. The cupboards were stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals including spices that others had left behind. It was a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood and close to the activities we participated in.
