We only stayed one night but we had an excellent time!

Thank you so much! We're so glad you had an excellent stay, even if it was just for one night. We always say that sometimes one night is all it takes to fall in love with this little corner of the Deschutes. Hopefully next time you'll be able to stay a little longer to enjoy more of the river, downtown, and everything Bend has to offer. We'd love to welcome you back. Until next time, take care!
We got moved to a different room because of some repairs, and I'm so glad because the view was amazing. Eating on the patio with the sights and sounds of the river was wonderful. The room was more than fair for the price, everything was comfortable. One star taken off of cleaning because there was a lot of dog hair on the couch and several dishes were put away dirty. It didn't detract from our stay much. We enjoyed the area a great deal and did a lot of walking. Bend in the fall is highly recommended. Don't miss the river walk, mirror pond, farmer's market on Wednesday, and Pisanos pizza in Tumelo.
We absolutely loved our stay! The bed was comfortable, we absolutely loved having 2 bathrooms, and it felt like we had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we had wished we had (and it was brought up multiple times throughout the trip) was we had wished there was a full body mirror. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and we’ll definitely be returning

Hi Margaret, we're so glad to hear you felt comfortable and had everything you needed! Thank you for the review, and great suggestion on the mirror by the way; it's a nice detail we can definitely look into adding. We'll be thrilled to welcome you back for your next stay when the time comes!
Overall, not a bad experience. The best part was location to everything downtown. The unit I got was called 182/183. This was confusing. Two entrance doors and each with a combo pin login. Worked well though. Turns out this used to be a hotel/motel like place and has been completely converted to apartments as far as I can tell. Its update is modern and the layout is clean and plenty of space for the size. The old door that could conjoin the two rooms is used as a divider between the bedroom and living space. It has two full bathrooms because of the way they converted it. Both spaces have balconies but it is tucked into the corner on the top floor and the balcony can be cozy or stuffy depending on the weather. The place was clean and about 8/10 for cleanliness. The hide a bed couch was pretty uncomfortable. The layout of the fireplace was weird and clearly based on the original purpose of the property before renovation. The three flights of stairs were new, attractive and a little tiring after a day out in the sun/water. Parking was plentiful but originally confusing because there are signs everywhere stating you need a permit but that could be to discourage overnight stays in a parking lot so close to downtown. Loved the proximity to the park and main river trail. I would recommend but at the price which was high, probably plan to stay elsewhere in the future when visiting Bend. Rented houses that were cheaper than one night here.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We're glad you enjoyed our location and that being so close to downtown, Drake Park, and the Deschutes River trail was a highlight of your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the sleeper sofa, pricing, and the initial confusion with the entrances and parking signage, as it helps us identify ways we can make the guest experience even better. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best on your future travels. Until next time, take care!
This was a great location, walking distance to downtown bend, however, my husband and I stayed here with our good friends and right away take our shoes off and after walking around barefoot our feet were black, I even wiped my feet clean and continued to walk and they were still black. Therefore, not the cleanest, also the drain in the first bath did not drain, my husband took a tissue and had to dig out gunk and hair, gross. The floor in the bathroom was dirty with hair and there was even a long dark hair on the wall (not from us). We were surprised it was so dirty, again we liked location but that was about it unfortunately.

Alexis, thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the easy access to downtown Bend, it’s definitely one of the highlights of staying here. That said, we're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. Your feedback about the floors and shower was very concerning, and as we stated in our private communication with you, we’ve shared this directly with our housekeeping manager to ensure a thorough review and immediate improvements. We'd also like to remind you that at this time we have scheduled a deep floor clean, and our team will be personally looking into the other issues described. Issues like this are not up to the standards we strive to maintain and will always be met with immediate corrections. All this to say, we really appreciate your honesty and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
