FAMILY FRIENDLY 16th CENTURY MANOR WITH POOL AND RIVER IN PERIGORD - FRANCE

Dating from the 16th century, the MANOIR DES LESPINE is situated in the middle of a 50 acres property in a small valley of PERIGORD, 25 km South West of the old town of PERIGUEUX and 100 km East of BORDEAUX. The village of NEUVIC (2,5 miles from the house) has essential shops and services (supermarket, bakery, physician,...).
The manor that offers 6 bedrooms (5 of them having a private bathroom with shower and toilets) can accommodate 12 people. A large swimming pool (49 x 20 feet) gets the sun from early morning until sunset. The manor is fully equipped with modern amenities including wifi internet access and satellite TV. Within the courtyard the lovely half timbered well, the “pigeonnier” (which still has its old bread oven), the shady plane tree, the century-old oak with a swing hanging from its branches and the swimming pool will delight those who are looking for a charming vacation rental in Dordogne in an authentic and peaceful environment. The quietness and the magic of the site create perfect conditions for unforgettable vacation in PERIGORD.
