Also throughout the home is brand new furniture that will certainly provide a comfortable space after a long day on the water to kick back and lounge. This home is equipped with wifi, central A/C, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill. For your sleeping, there is a queen bed in all bedrooms. The home also sits next to a canal for excellent boating access to open water. A 15-minute drive will put you in Key West for all your shopping needs, world-class dining, and unique history. The international airport in Miami is about a 3.5-hour drive with the Key West airport is about 20 minutes. This a non-smoking home. No pets. THIS HOME IS A 28-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PER MONROE COUNTY CODE.
