Welcome to Our Coastal Haven
Indulge in beachfront bliss at our chic Emerald Isle condo, nestled just across the street from the soft sands of Emerald Isle Beach. Spanning two stories, our modern abode features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and boasts breathtaking views from three spacious balconies overlooking the inviting community pool and the pristine beach. You’ll love spending time in the neighborhood, exploring the beach and restaurants or just enjoying the views (or TV) from the living room or balconies.

Epicurean Delights & Local Adventures
Embark on a culinary adventure right at your doorstep with an array of eateries located on the first floor, including pizza and coffee shops (note that open hours may be reduced off season). Step out and explore the neighborhood, where excitement awaits at popular attractions like the Salty Pirate Water Park and Black Pearl Mini Golf. For your convenience, a Publix supermarket is within a leisurely stroll (10 mins), perfect for stocking up on essentials. On your way back then make a pitstop for a beer at Growlers. Some of our other favorite walkable destinations are: Caribsea (7 mins), Gaffers (10 mins) and Rucker Johns (15 minutes). We’d recommend driving to the Fish Hut, our favorite, is 1 mile east of the condo.

Rainy day? No problem!
The top floor is a wonderful place to watch a movie on our 65” HDTV while still enjoying the beautiful scenery through the wall to wall sliding glass doors. We’ve set up the standard streaming services or you can log into your own. And you’re close to nearby indoor activities… Emerald Cinemas is less than 1 mile away. Across the bridge your kids will love going to Mac Daddy’s (3 miles) for video games, bowling, go-karts and many other activities.

Wonderful Beach Location

This was a short weekend getaway, but the stay was incredible. The condo was very clean and a close 2 min walk to the beach. Everything is included in the condo, no need to bring anything but your clothes. Owner let us check out late, so we could enjoy the beach a little bit longer. Also, there are restaurants and grocery that are just a short walk. Will return again soon.

Great stay, close to beach

Greg was a great communicator throughout the booking, checkin, checkout and stay. The condo is very well maintained and has everything you need from beach wagon, chairs, bath towels, hand soap in every bathroom (nice, cute, great smelling soap at that ), laundry detergent, dish detergent, you name it! The condo overlooks and walks right down to the pool. There is a pizza place and slushie place (wasn’t open for the season yet but they are opening 4/24/25) underneath in the shops. Condo is a short walk to the beach with views from the living room and kitchen. It is walkable or short drive to all the restaurants. We had a great stay!!

We didn’t want to leave

We went to celebrate my 50th birthday and Father’s Day, and what a treat it. I’ve been going to EI since I was a young girl this location is perfect. Close to everything with a short walk to the beach.Greg was wonderful to work with during our entire trip. The house is immaculate. Great view! Plenty of towels and nice extras like filters for the coffee pot. If caffeine is important to you, you will love the dual single use Keurig and full pot combo. With easy access to the pool we were able to take a quick dip before check-out.Thanks for the memories!

Great condo. Convenient location.

Pictures are very accurate. Condo is well appointed and has everything you need for a beach vacation including a cart to get everything to the beach. Pool is nice. Owner is easy to deal with and communicates well. Location is convenient but has a downside. Access is not controlled for people walking in from the mobile home park nearby. All day and Late night party from non residents resulted in little sleep on Saturday night. Not the owners fault but a concern none the less.
