This beautiful beach front condo is located on the 4th floor with direct, unrestricted beach access. The spacious balcony also provides unobstructed views of the blue water, stunning sunset and sunrise views, and wildlife you may see on the beach or in the water. Watch the Okaloosa Pier fireworks from the balcony or beach every Weds during the summer. The condo is conveniently located minutes away from Downtown Destin, many local restaurants and shops, and the Harborwalk Marina area.
The primary bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with two bunk-beds located just in the hallway that provide additional sleeping space for two, perfect for teens or kids. The full sized kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and cookware. We also provide fresh linens, towels and starter amenity kits with your booking, as well as access to the in-unit washer and dryer.
The Condo complex is a great place for a quiet beach side getaway fully equipped with two beachside swimming pools, one is heated during the winter months for the Snowbirds! The property also has an exercise room, tennis & pickleball courts and a barbeque area. You will enjoy your stay in this beautiful, clean, and newly updated condo without crowds and loud noise. The scenery is breathtaking with the most extraordinary white sand beaches and emerald water in the state of Florida.

We are Dawn & Phil, the proud owners of this lovely beachside condo! We love visiting Florida with our family for some fun in the sun! We often walk on the beach to the pier for a morning coffee and to enjoy the absolutely breathtaking sunrises. We love our condo as it is the perfect size for a quiet getaway in a great location. There is nothing better than waking up to the sound of the waves, we hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do!

We love the gorgeous, laid back atmosphere at this condo, spending our days relaxing on the beach, reading books, soaking up the sun and enjoying the sound of the waves on Okaloosa Island with the convenience of being just 5 short minutes away from the action of Destin & Fort Walton Beach.
