The condo was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend. It was stocked with everything you need and had the perfect view of the gulf. We really enjoyed the balcony. Even though it rained all day, we were still able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Phil and Dawn’s beautiful condo! It was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The best part was the gulf view and we loved spending time on the balcony. We walked over to Stewby’s a few times and that was so convenient and so good! We really enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach would love to come back and stay here!!

Very clean. Great view. Even with Tropical Storm Bertha, we still had a wonderful time. When we couldn’t get out due to the weather, there were plenty of games to keep the kiddos entertained. Lovely condo. Lovely hosts.

When I walked into the unit I immediately saw Emerald -Blue waters against a white sand beach. I smiled knowing we had chosen the perfect spot for our relaxing vacation. Clean, well equipped and great location. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio before heading to our chairs right by the water. We had very efficient communication with our host Dawn and no problems with check in. Only drawback was the smell from a nearby hotel restaurant near this unit. More noticeable because the first few days we did not have much breeze. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful and relatively quiet location away from the touristy Destin area, but close enough for a quick drive to great restaurants.

This was a perfect stay for us. We were looking for a place right on the beach with a beach view and this was it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was just the two of us and we are in our 70's so the space was just fine. It had everything we needed to cook.We were here at the beginning of spring break and had no trouble with noise or crowds. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful View and Condo

Our host Dawn was so kind and accommodating when we asked to come in a few hours early! Strong and clear communication from start to finish. The condo truly felt comfortable and like home, it was hard to leave. The bed was so comfortable. Washer and dryer, two bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen were very much appreciated and made it feel even more like home. Super easy walk right out to the beach! A+++ just beautiful

This was the perfect beach trip. Waking up with a cup of coffee looking out over the ocean is my favorite. All was easy to use and understand. Beach chairs and umbrella are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get up and get out there early. Great area too with so much to do around. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
