Wow so where do we start…the location of this house is great..not sure why we had to stop by office but no big deal. House looked exactly like pics. Game room was super nice loved the area when you first walked in. Kitchen was great. Had everything we could possibly need. Primary bedroom was spacious and that bathroom was amazing. Best water pressure I have ever experienced at beach. The jewel was the screened in porch and pool area. We spent a lot of time outside. Little green area in backyard would have nice for the pup but she enjoyed it. It was our first trip with our new pup and it was amazing. Couldn’t ask for better place to stayWe can’t wait to come back already planning our next trip back. Can’t wait to stay here again.

House was cute and clean and accurately presented on website. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes. We used a wagon to make it easier to lug all of our stuff. The beach ONLY permits umbrellas, NOT canopies of any type. You can rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach but it is very expensive. I would recommend bringing your own.Overall, great place! Owner was prompt with communication. House is close to beach and plenty of stores and restaurants. Two thumbs up!

Wonderful week at the Beach

The house was as advertised! The kids loved the game room and the pool is bigger than the pictures give it credit for. The house is located minutes from everything you need for shopping or dinner. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is in good condition. The neighbors were very friendly. The yard could use some attention for aesthetics. My son stayed in the secondary bedroom and he didn't find the mattress to be comfortable for him but that might just be personal preference. We are considering renting the same property again in the next year or two.

Beaching On The Dunes- 3rd Row.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely three bedroom home. Unfortunately, the pool heater wasn't on. The screened in patio was awesome. The fire pit table was out of propane but it didn't matter. The master bath shower is incredible. A quick walk and you are on the beach. Just a wonderful hidden gem!

Great place

We needed somewhere last minute for bike week that allowed 4 dogs since our other place cancelled on us without warning. This house was available and allowed the amount of dogs we had. It was very reasonably priced and had all the amenities we needed. The WiFi wasn’t great which wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t at the house a lot. The pool was maintained every couple of days and the neighbors were great. The only complaint I have is that it was far away from murrells inlet but that is no fault of the property. It is located in a quiet area and is very close to the beach. Also close to restaurants and such. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a place in north Myrtle. You won’t be disappointed by the shower and jacuzzi tub in the master! Plus the pool is perfect, has a shallow area for tanning and a deep end for swimming. All around great place to stay!

Needs A LOT of work!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was terrible to say the least. The pictures are very deceiving and are definitely old and showing the house at its best. The furniture and rugs are filthy and have holes in them. We found silverware left in the furniture when trying to flip the cushions to a clean side. i felt I needed to wear my shoes the whole time in order to feel clean and not walk on the floors. Dishes were filthy in the cupboard. The cupboard doors were filthy and I found myself cleaning them down just to use the handle pulls. The backyard pool just fills with tree leaves and dirt and no one came to clean it when we first got there. Waited days and didn't end up using it. There was also boards behind the garage that had nails sticking up where my dog was walking and could have been hurt. The best was when a mouse was eating through our bread wrapper and eating the bread on the counter. Highly do not recommend this location unless someone comes in and works on all of these issues.

All the good parts of Myrtle on the quiet end of Myrtle!

Pros: Finding a dog-friendly rental is always tough so I really appreciated the fenced in yard. The property is close to the beach—literally a 4 min walk. The pool is shaded and nice, with a nice screened in porch. Kitchen is fully furnished, which is a huge plus. Maintenance guy had to come when we had an AC issue in the middle of the night and he was both prompt and responsive. Video games, books, and board games for the kids to play with was a nice addition. Cons: pool was definitely NOT cleaned on Saturday when we checked in. It’s ok bc we cleaned it but it wasn’t. WiFi passwords don’t work and no on can help you until the office opens. The actual info is on the back of the router, so check there. Overall, my kids had a great time. This is a quiet place where you’re close to all the things but still far removed from the drama and hustle and bustle of the strip. The private pool is what sold me on this property and it was perfect for my 7 and 9 year old. Thank you for providing a nice rental in this area!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The pictures are extremely deceiving and not worth the money. This is not a “you get what you paid for” house. For the price we paid for the 3 nights (nearly 3,000 including fees and tax) it is horribly overpriced for the condition and cleanliness. We were appalled. We left a day early. The house is outdated, not maintained at all. Very poorly cleaned. Black dog hair was found all throughout the house. The pool was very dirty. Pool cleaner showed up and said the filter needed replaced, but hadn’t been yet. Dog hair was found on furniture, eating places and throughout the pool. Mold on the fridge, dishwasher and bathroom areas. Outdoor screened in porch had mold covered cushions, floor covered in debris. Not worth the money. We have stayed in the area at numerous rentals, this was by far the worst home we’ve ever stayed in. The only positive thing from the house was my kids liked the “game room.” Needless to say we will not be repeat guests.

Thanks for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the issues upon arrival. The pool is cleaned & treated twice a week during the summer. We would have been more than happy to send housekeeping and the pool company back to address any issues, had we known there was an issue.
