Enjoy the sunsets on Sarcarma Bay from this rustic home in a tropical setting with an open waterfront and canal access. The shoreline gently slopes into deeper water for wading, swimming, or beaching a small boat. Dockage and ramp are also provided. This custom cypress home has three bedrooms and two baths. For sleeping there is a king and two queens. Amenities include central a/c, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, washer, dryer, and a wet bar. This waterfront home is located 23 miles from Key West and less than 3 hours from the Miami Airport. It has boating access to the Ocean and the Gulf. The Looe Key Marine Sanctuary is about 9 miles by boat. Marinas, boat rentals, dive shops, restaurants, and groceries are only a few minutes away. This is a designated NON-SMOKING home. Ask about our pet policies. THIS HOME IS A 28-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PER MONROE COUNTY CODE. This home is a 28 day minimum rental per Monroe County Code.
