Tidewater 2517 is a luxurious 25th-floor 3 Bedroom +bunk with 3-bath condo offering almost 1700 square feet. Enjoy gorgeous, east-facing Gulf of Mexico views from the upgraded stainless steel kitchen, open-concept dining room, and your living area with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Beach Chairs are provided but not always guaranteed if, for example, a past guest would have broken one.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with a window overlooking incredible gulf views. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a walk-in shower bathroom with the bunks in the hall. There is plenty of space for everyone!

Guests are required to pay a fee for parking passes and wristbands at Tidewater. A total of $60 plus tax when you pre-register at least 24 hours before your stay. You can pay upon arrival but the cost will be $70 plus tax. Save $10 on your parking fee by pre-registering early at https://www.tidewaterhoa.com/registration/guest-registration/

The minimum rental age for this property is 25 for both the complex and the condo. Guest staying at the property must show proof of age to security. There are no exceptions.
***During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Parking Notes:
The Parking garage at Tidewater has a maximum height restriction of 7 feet. Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from the building. A code is required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a sky bridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities and a parking pass.

For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renter’s expense.
