Spacious house

House layout was great and gave us more than enough space. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very well equipped for anything we needed. The primary bedroom was very dark and needed brighter bulbs in the fan. The neighborhood was unfortunately undergoing some construction during our stay, and getting in and out was a little difficult. We enjoyed our time though and would stay again if we were in the area!

Great place!

Great place to stay at! We were having trouble getting into the house and I contacted the owner and she resolved the issue with no issue! Clean house had everything that was listen on the website, will come back again!

Strong pet odor and bed bugs

This house presents well in that it has enough space for everybody. However as soon as you enter the house you get hit with a strong odor of urine. Couple things are missing from the property that would have been helpful such as cutting boards & a variety of cooking utensils... Nothing that could not be picked up from a local Dollar store. So that was not much of a big deal however, in the master bedroom it was infested with bed bugs! I was bitten up pretty badly the first night and I still have lasting effects a month later. When communicated with the Management group... It continued to get deflected and not been taken seriously. While their words seem sincere their actions were not! This was communicated the very first night to the Management group. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. My family and I ended up sleeping in different bedrooms and ultimately cutting our trip short by a day. This was very disappointing as we had waited all year to go on an anniversary trip. Communication between the manager initially was pretty quick at first, nothing ever came of it to resolve this serious matter. I requested to speak with a supervisor or the homeowner and was declined. Currently, my skin is still having reactions leaving my skin raised. I do not recommend staying at this property! They did not even refund the cleaning fee that they clearly did not use before we got there. Very disappointed and I have never rated a home this poorly before. Do not stay here!

Team travel

Overall decent experience. Had to change the sheets in master, they were stained. Master bedroom had significant amounts of dog hair behind the bed, and could see it bc the bed didn’t go all the way to the wall. Not very many towels. Good size house for the number of people we had. Everything else was fine.
