This one bedroom apartment is located on the best block of Palermo Hollywood. Fitz Roy is the main street in Palermo Hollywood with all the best bars and restaurants (Hierro, El Dandy, Sudestada, and many more), and this apartment is right in the heart of it all, on the 4th floor and surrounded by trees.

This high-end luxury apartment has been equipped with only the best furnishings and appliances. The high-end La Cardeuse mattress may be spilt from a queen to two twins if desired and with the pull-out couch bed, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Excellent located unit with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Andy was a great host and took time to personally show us all of the ins ands outs of the apartment as well as recommendations for the area. Wonderful time in Palermo

This studio apartment is a perfect spot to enjoy Buenos Aires. It was well situated near many restaurants, cafes, food stores, and public transportation. Beautiful parks are just a short walk away too. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The balcony was lovely to have a meal overlooking the neighborhood greenery. The only complaint were the lack of windows or a screen on the balcony so we had to use the air conditioning at night. But I definitely recommend this apartment!

Haven in Palermo Hollywood

The location of this place can't be beat – tons of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, and bodegas (called kioskos in Spanish) within walking distance. The apartment itself has a lovely kitchen, comfortable mattresses (two twin beds that can be combined to form one queen-sized bed), and a powerful, hot shower. There are a few details that need fixing (e.g., door handle to the apartment jiggles, some paint work on the walls), but nothing major that affected our stay. We enjoyed our time here!

Perfect apartment

The apartment is as described. The washing machine available in the building is free and easy to use. There are two buses stops on the next block that take you into the center of the city. It was very easy to use the train, subway and buses staying in this apartment. The balcony is excellent. The large refrigerator helps and there are many supermarkets within walking distance.

Andy our Host welcomed us with a bottle of Malbec, water and some fruit! He laid out the neighborhood for us and gave us some suggestions for restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping and Tango shows! Andy comunicates with his guests on a regular basis and if you do have questions or problems he attends to these concerns quickly! Perfect Apartment for your stay in B.A.

This apartment offers 1 or 2 guests everything you need including access to a washing machine, a balcony, a large refrigerator with a freezer and many cleaning products. There are 2 small supermarkets and about 10 markets within four blocks. A block away comes two busses that will take you downtown or to the edge of the city an hour away. I took both busses to each end of the route to see the real Buenos Aires and not just the beautiful center of the center. It is a five minute walk to the subway entrance or to a main avenue with many busses. I could walk to the avenue and take one bus (Bus 64 or 152) to Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo or La Boca areas. From this apartment you can safely walk anywhere in a beautiful, green neighborhood, as well as walk to the botanical gardens and other public gardens. The property owner is easy to contact, very helpful and will make your stay a success. And do not forget that great washing machine!

Andy is a super host

The apartment is very nice and has everything to make a stay nice (nice hot shower, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen with wine glasses etc). The balcony is a definite plus and felt bigger then on the picture. There now also is a table in the living area, if you need to do some work. There are plugs for European and US devices. The neighborhood is fantastic with great places to eat (great cafe across the street and a really good grill next door). Despite that it is not too loud at night. It gets a little louder in the morning when regular work traffic starts. The absolute best thing about the apartment is the host Andy!!! He was so responsive and accommodating with great tips on where to go and practical advice on how and where to exchange money. Overall a great stay.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful suite apartment located in the main street in Palermo Hollywood, with all the best bars and restaurants (Osaka, Soberbia, Sudestada, Romario, and many more), and this apartment is right in the heart of it all, yet on the 4th floor and surrounded by trees so it's still remarkably quiet. After searching for apartments for awhile, we knew this was the one as soon as we saw it. We added a lot of personal touches and custom furniture and furnishings to make it as comfortable as possible.

What makes this property unique

You will not find a much better location in Buenos Aires. It is the perfect place to start exploring the city from and a great neighborhood for anything you need within a block or two.
