This condo was a perfect location for our weekend away. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the fire place in the evenings while playing games. We did the Tunnel of Trees and all the stops along the way. Pond Hill Farms was adorable. Easy access to the condo and all the necessary things you’ll need are provided. We loved it!!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and located near basketball / tennis courts and the pool. My gps initially took me too far into the community, but my host responded quickly and we were able to find our unit.

The condo was comfortable and well sized for 8 adults. We had everything we needed for a nice visit. Location served us great for the fall color tour; and the surrounding area was nice to walk, with nature and a bit of elevation change.

This a great property for multigenerational family. Close to skiing and situated perfectly between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We really enjoyed the hummingbirds from the multi level decks.

Great Condo with an amazing view!! Very close to Nubs Nob, which was huge for us. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds. I originally put in the wrong date and Patrick was wonderful about helping me get it changed! Would stay again!!

We had an amazing family vacation!

This place had it all. Space for our family of five and close to all the summer activities we were looking for. The hiking and biking trails literally right outside the door were an added bonus. Patrick was super responsive and accommodating to make sure our stay was a great one!

The host was so accommodating and responsive. Even placed a new slow cooker into the condo when I inquired about one. Perfect for getting dinner ready when skiing the slopes. The condo was very well equipped, especially everyday paper products. Very nice accommodations! Would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect base for area travel

The home was perfect for what we needed. Very well equipped , comfortable, well- decorated with fall and Halloween touches, lots of attention to details that made the trip enjoyable!
