Our home “Lipovan” is perfect for an individual, couple, or small family with young children. Accepting short stays and flexible arrivals year-round makes this home a great option for that spontaneous last-minute beach get-away, even during the summer season!

“Lipovan” is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper sofa and access to the deck. You will love sitting out in the salt air watching the waves crash, sunrises and sunsets, and watching all the action that goes on at the pier. There are built-in bunk beds set in the nook off the entry that make a fantastic sleeping area for young family members.

Load up your boogie boards, beach chairs, and family and head to Wrightsville Beach for a memorable family vacation! The wonderful central location of this condo makes it effortless to visit the nearby Shark Bar for a nice dinner or to enjoy the nightlife at the Palm Room. With the beach, pier, and so many attractions within walking distance of this condo it is an easy yes!

Stay Requirements: Any turn day with a minimum of 2 night stay.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Sisters Getaway

Had a great time!! Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach was absolutely beautiful!! The place was clean with a balcony. I slept on one of the bunks I’m 5’7 and was very comfortable. We could have easily brought 4 more people.

Great beach location

The condo was literally steps away from the beach. We could see it from our balcony. The only drawback I have for this property is that it took three flights of stairs to get there. The property management company was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Close to the beach!

The location was awesome literally 500 steps to the beach! It is upstairs with no elevator so be prepared. The unit was clean and perfect for one person or a small family. The bunks aren't in an actual room and are right outside of the bathroom but lovely view from the balcony and overall very happy!

Love Wrightsville Beach

Loved the location, close to everything, check in time I think is to late in the day and check in time could be later, loose really a whole day. If you wanted to sleep later there was no way. Street cleaners, yard people and any kind of worker was out, very noisy in the mornings. Really need to rethink the parking costs. Way too much to park

Hi Linda, thank you for your suggestions. Our check in times are standard for rental homes in our area due to the quick turnover time between a high volume of renters. Our housekeepers and inspectors work very hard and do their best to get the units ready before 4 but there may be unforeseen circumstances that hold that up, like maintenance issues, real estate viewings, carpet cleanings, or other projects. We do allow you to purchase early check ins and late check outs to ensure you get more time in your rental. The cost of parking is regulated by the Town of Wrightsville Beach which we unfortunately have no control over. Luckily, the Lipovan condo you stayed in is a short walk to the beach access and includes one parking space so you can avoid paying for parking. Give us a call before your next trip to Wrightsville, and we will find you a unit in a quieter area - so many already come to mind. Thank you Linda!

Cozy but loud

It was great, 2 minutes to walk on the beach. About 5 to 10 minutes drive to restaurants. Its next to this bar so at night the people get loud and rowdy. We saw a couple of baby roaches in the condo. The kitchen needs updating. Its in the heart of Wrightsville next to a parking lot so you can hear everything, dump trucks, recycling, motorcycles. But other than that we enjoyed our stay a bit small but cozy, bed were comfortable the couch was comfy. Great customer service!

Property was a terrible disappointment. Location good.

Unable to use sleeper sofa. Maintenance man said it was unusable. Had to fix stove. Two burners on stove were not working. Roaches on patio at night. Bunk beds only designed for children, not teenagers.

While we regret that the sleeper sofa had been damaged by previous renters, we are happy to report that it has been replaced with a brand new pull-out sofa! Obviously, we did not have a sofa that met this home decor instock, so we offered the best alternative we could, which was roll-aways. As for the stove burners, we are happy that y'all were able to figure out the issue on your own, but we did send a Maintenance tech by the unit after your checkout and are happy to report that everything is working properly. We hope that you and yours enjoyed your time near Johnny Mercer's Pier in Wrightsville Beach and that you will join us again at the beach next summer.

Great for a getaway!

The property is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, close to the pier, shops, restaurants and beach. The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. My family loved the condo and would definitely recommend it to others.

Location was ok, convenient to beach and close by restaurants but over looks public parking lot

Overall about what we expected knowing the area and having booked fairly last minute. Only 1 parking pass allowed which was disappointing as we were in the area to visit friends and wanted them toncome visit for the day and Wrightsville is a pay to park community. There were a few guest spots available in the complex but management company would not let us purchase a spot, it’s not the money but incomvience of only 1 spot .

Paul, thank you so much for your review and feedback! The owner just recently renovated the bathroom entirely and we're so glad you were able to enjoy it! The oven is a bit older, but clean and functional nonetheless! I will make a note about the desire for updated oven and relay that to the owner on your behalf. The location is excellent and if you are a smaller group and only need a bed or two, it is definitely worth it to be close to the beach and have your own parking. We hope we will see you again on Wrightsville soon!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the rental smelled like it had been closed up for awhile. The smell went away once we opened windows and sliders. There was a lot of mold in the shower, not sure how housekeeping could have overlooked it. We contacted the rental company and they cleaned it on 2nd day. Great location, its an end unit. I would recommend this building, but there are other units available that are much more updated. The deck furniture was cheap resin Adirondack chairs, which are very low, so there was little visibility to enjoy the view while seated. Many of the other units have higher tables and chairs that provided a nice sitting area and view. Wrightsville Beach is a great place to vacation. The reason I would not recommend this unit is because there are others in this building that are nicer and more updated.

The owners have just remodeled the bathroom which we are excited to share with everyone, photos coming soon. As for the outdoor furniture, I have made note of your suggestion and will relay this over to the property owner. We are here to discuss some different options with you for some more upgraded properties to better match your expectations next time you are in the area. This is a great condo that is close to the beach and the pier, without breaking the bank. As of April 2021, the owners have completely gutted and remodeled the bathroom, and are planning on replacing the flooring in Fall 2021. We would love to have you back anytime!

As of April 2021, the owners have completely gutted and remodeled the bathroom and are planning on replacing the flooring in the Fall.
