(Entire downstairs) Relax with the whole family at the 30A Lake ’N’ Beach House. This centrally located 2 bed 1 bath duplex is sprawled across an acre-sized lakefront property co-located with one of the nation’s top water ski schools, and only 1 mile from the beautiful beaches of 30A.

The cozy design of this lake house by the beach will ensure a pleasant stay, although the real highlight is the breathtaking views from your private patio and the white sand beaches of the emerald coast.

The space
You will have plenty of parking for two vehicles on the front side of the lake house.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire acre of lakefront property which includes a lakeside fire pit with chairs, hammock, BBQ with seating, and plenty of shoreline to walk.

A lovely week

We liked this quirky quiet cozy house for lots of reasons. Hanging out on the patio and looking out onto the lake was so enjoyable. It had easy access to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. Finding a nice trail through the woods around the lake was an added bonus. Meeting Kevin was the best part of our stay and his willingness to store our bikes during some nasty weather was very much appreciated. Thank you Kevin and Amber

We love being hosts and helping others create lasting memories of their vacation to the infamous beaches of 30A.

We also love hosting water skiers who are staying while they train at one of the best water ski schools in the country. From our Lake 'N' Beach House you can literally have the boat pick up up in the backyard!

This neighborhood is very quiet, with a focus on the three private water ski lakes which the houses surround.

Not only are you minutes from the beach, but you can count on relaxing in the lakefront backyard whether you are napping in the hammock, enjoying sunset by the fire pit, barbecuing, or watching the water skiers train.

What makes this property unique

This neighborhood offers a private road entrance with a remarkable lake view the entire way to the home. This acre of shore front property is wonderful for walking, fishing, and exploring.

The backyard is massive, scenic, and has separate BBQ, fire pit, and hammock areas.

The sunsets on the lake are not to miss.
