Fantastic place in a perfect location. Apartment had everything you could possibly need and the whole place was warm and welcoming! If we are ever in Richmond again, we will stay here.
This cute studio is in the beautiful and historic Church hill neighborhood. A friendly location with lots of local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Perfect base for exploring Richmond!
This studio apartment was perfect for my needs. It is in an historic area with lots to do nearby…coffee, bakery, restaurants, and boutiques all within walking distance. The home is well decorated with every comfort. I enjoyed my stay very much. The host was always responsive with many wonderful restaurant and activities recommendations!
This was the perfect location for us. We were visiting with our son, who lives 5 minutes away. It was lovely. We will definitely be coming here when we visit him again. The area was great. We walked to the neighborhood coffee shop, just a block away. The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. I am so happy we decided to stay here and we will again!
The cutest place with everything you need. So clean and beautiful inside. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit our son and daughter in law!
Beautiful place to stay. Parking was good - right in front of the building. Would like the host to know that despite the comfy bed, we did not sleep well. The refrigerator would make loud sounds like it was trying to make ice every hour or so. We didn't know how to turn it off. It was a bit chilly but when we switched to heat, it did not help.Would love to stay again if those two things would be fixed. Thank you!

Response from Management on 12 October 2026
We’re glad you found the place beautiful and the parking convenient.
We’re disappointed that you chose not to contact us at any point during your stay about the refrigerator noise or the heating. Both issues could have been resolved quickly if you had simply messaged us — we respond promptly and would have walked you through turning off the ice maker and adjusting the heat right away.
Instead, these concerns only appeared in a public review after you left.
We appreciate the feedback and hope future guests will communicate any issues while they are still here so we can actually help.
