Beautiful modern home situated on canal with direct access to Charlotte Harbor. Coastal decor with all of the conveniences of home. Grill your fresh catch from Florida screened lanai and enjoy an occasional dolphin or go fishing from the dock. Modern tile wood plank look throughout the home. Open kitchen, with all your cooking needs. Keurig coffee pot with some coffee supplied. Kayaks on property for your enjoyment and only minutes from downtown for excellent restaurants and evening entertainment.

Queen sized bed in master bedroom, double in second bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom. Desk in master bedroom for catching up on office work. Kitchen has everything you need for whipping up your favorite recipe.
