Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is the best location. It is close to Wrightsville Beach, walking/biking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and movie theatre. This quiet neighborhood is also close to downtown Wilmington and ILM airport.

What makes this property unique

We just did an entire house renovation! It is coastal farmhouse style. The main house can be rented along with the efficiency to accomodate more guests.
