Very cute place, perfect for a couple or just a couple of old friends to get away for a few days and communication with host is right away if you have questions, Also a plus. Thanks Chris
I am horrible at leaving reviews, timely manner, but a few weeks ago we stayed at this place for two nights. My daughter and myself loved this place. I actually wanted to add a night, but unfortunately it was already booked up. If I ever find the need to come back to Wilmington, I will book again.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was within walking distance to waterfront district and on the same street with many beautiful, historic homes. Many restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that we could not find a blow dryer to use in our apartment.
This property is a hidden gem. The check in was easy. The code was provided before we arrived so the process was smooth. The rooms were clean and decorated so cute. Lots of space for a small house. The location was convenient and close to everything. Be careful leaving the driveway. Cars are coming fast, but if you ease out you will have no problem. Convenient to downtown and in a safe neighborhood. We didn't take our pets but for a home that allows pets, the house surprisingly smelled nice. Would stay here again.
The home had some lovely extras like a Nespresso machine, non-slip pet bowls/mat, an umbrella, bug spray… and Chris is amazingly prompt in responding to messages.
We loved putting on a Batman VHS after a long day house hunting. Celebrating with a hootie and the blow fish cassette tape :) It felt like we were back in the 90's. Definitely recommending this place to family visiting once we move to Wilmington!
