Great house! Exactly as advertised! I def recommend paying to have the pool heated if you’re not there during peak summer time. My kids loved being able to swim anytime! Great communication from the host also!

We took our family of 4 on a vacation to the Orlando area. We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house could use a few minimal updates, but whose house doesn’t. I did let the host know of a few things - some pans were warped, knives were not very sharp. Some of the dishes and utensils needed to be washed, but just from lack of use. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Our kids loved the pool.

Ran into an issue right away, Wifi/internet was down. NO TV either, ALL are streaming via ROKU. Came in on Tuesday PM, Wifi/internet was not fixed till Thursday late. Had an Internet service tech out twice to replace hardware & reset password again. I asked about heating the pool, (it is needed). The fine print stated that they need 48 HRS notice to turn on. We booked less than 24 hours prior to arrival. We could NOT get this option. (it is needed). I asked about compensation for wifi/internet issue, but NO GO. House is in "good" shape but the the TV's need some updating. Toilet in master bathroom seems to refill about every 15 minutes or so. The "game" room is actually the garage & is very warm because you need open the door.

However, we acted promptly, arranging for a technician the very next day and a second visit when the issue was not resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and did everything possible to restore service as quickly as we could. We would also like to clarify that your request was regarding heating the hot tub, not the pool. As clearly stated in our listing, the property does not have a separate hot tub. Pool heating is an optional amenity requiring 48 hours' notice because that is the time needed for the pool to reach a comfortable temperature. This requirement is clearly disclosed in our listing-not in fine print. We take great pride in being clear and honest in what we offer. The game room is located in the garage, as clearly shown in the listing photos. This is also a common setup in Florida vacation homes. We provided complimentary early check-in and did our best to accommodate you. We were never informed of any concerns about the master bathroom toilet or other issues during your stay, and would have gladly addressed them if given the opportunity. We are disappointed that this review does not reflect the efforts we made to assist you. We take our guests' experience seriously and always do our best to resolve any issues that arise. Ale & Luz

Great place for Orlando Vacations!

Luz’s house was amazing. When I did the booking, we were immediately welcomed by Luz’s daughter Alejandra. We received information before we checked in which allowed us to plan ahead. Check-in was very easy as it is keyless, we had no pressure to be there at a given time. Once we arrived, we loved the house. It is exactly as described, very spacious and clean. The bedrooms are nicely spread-out so even though we were in the same house, we each had privacy. The pool was beautiful and clean as well. We really liked the location; we were close to where we wanted to go (Universal and Disney Springs) but the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We found a lot of stores and restaurants around, so it was really convenient. We had a great time, it was short, but we will definitely book this place again.

Great place to stay for family of five (3 teens) vacation

We had a great family vacation and this was a great home to stay.Our check-in was easy: we had a very ate flight, with delays and got to the house about 2:30 am. I appreciate the clear communication and check-in information given and for the information located in the front entry of the home.This house is located in a gated community and we always felt safe when coming and going in the late hours. We spent the first day getting groceries and swimming in the clean pool, located on the property. My teens loved the floats available and the opportunity to get tan during high UV times (parts of teens know).The property was clean, which was my most important attribute. This property is not a new build or remodel but it is nicely kept. A number of bathrooms and bedrooms ensured that we all felt like we had space. The drive to Disney parks is about 25-30 minutes, but super easy. Universal was about a 45 minute drive.Other amenities (grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops) were all very close. We spent two rest days and wish we would have planned more because the pool was so refreshing and the outdoor space was well-kept.Anyone looking for an well-kept, clean, affordable Vrbo, this one was fantastic!
