This is an amazing location. Just steps from the beach. I travel with my dog. Its a very dog friendly location with an amazing yard for your dog to run and stretch out. Lots of shopping and fun places to eat within walking distance. The property manager, Audrey was amazing. She answered any questions I had within seconds. Great team of people.

Let’s start with a positive, the location is literally a two minute walk to the beach and Deerfield Beach is a beautiful and clean beach, unlike this property. There are literally piles of trash in the back “green space”, it doesn’t get better inside, spider webs, ants, palmetto bugs (a polite Florida term for cockroaches), stained bleach towels and I could go on but won’t. The most disappointing, believe it or not is while we had hot water in the kitchen sink and bath, THERE IS NO HOT WATER in the shower. Audrey the property manager tried to communicate as best as possible and sent someone to look and said it’s all taken care of fixed, which was not true. Beware they only have one review on VRBO and the big other platform. Save yourself!

I've been living in Florida for many years and I have no desire to leave the area. The sun is around most days of the year and there is so little cold weather. There are so many different people to meet here from all over the world, it is fascinating.

Why they chose this property

They say Location is everything and that is true. This is a cottage on a very quiet street. And yet within 2 blocks there are many restaurants and shops as well as the International Fishing Pier. And, we are less than a block from the ocean and beach.

What makes this property unique

Exactly the fact that we are so close to everything; the beach, the shops, so many restaurants and activities and still have the quiet and peace of our place.
