The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

All trash is removed and placed in the trash chute. All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. No linens are lost or damaged. Soiled towels are placed in the tub.

The refrigerator/freezer is completely empty except for the ice bin. 6 wristbands are placed back into their container- $10 charged per band if not returned. No oils or grease be poured down the sink.

No contents were removed from the unit. Gym access keys are returned if requested for access and provided.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wrist bands provided are required to be worn all times throughout the stay at Majestic. Security is strict on this policy and will restrict access.

Smoking is not permitted in the unit or balcony; pets are not permitted in the unit. If evidence found, your full security deposit will be forfeited.

Hanging items off the balcony or feeding birds is not permitted. Security personnel monitor this. NO UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN IN THE BALCONY ANY TIME.

We had a great week in PCB with our two teens. The condo is in a great location; within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. The beach was busy but we always found a great spot with plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved being able to hangout at the pools, hot tub, and the game room was a hit.Do not hesitate to book this condo!Thanks for hosting us!!

We had a wonderful time! We could see dolphins swimming in the ocean right from the balcony. It was super clean and had everything we needed. There were pools and game rooms for the kids. They had a blast! Beautiful beach front!! Thank you so much! We will be back again!!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable. I would have liked more blankets because we couldn’t adjust the air conditioner. I also wish I had known that we would only be provided with enough shampoo for one washing. The condo was super convenient and the beach was perfect. I also would have loved a pair of binoculars.

The view of the beach was awesome, we took our binoculars and saw dolphins, a group of stingrays, 1 shark and several sea turtles. This unit had all the amenities of home and was super clean and inviting.

The owner was responsive and the listing was accurate, which we appreciated. However, some of the furniture is showing its age. The bed frame and headboard were in poor condition and seemed to be in disarray. The frame was also quite noisy and the bedroom cabinets are in rough shape as well. We also couldn’t adjust the thermostat, which caught us off guard; if the thermostat is locked, that should really be disclosed in the listing or house rules so guests know what to expect. Cleanliness was good overall, though not spotless. The price is reasonable, but compared to other units we’ve stayed in, this one fell a bit short. With some furniture updates and clearer disclosure about the thermostat, this could be a great stay. The property itself has great amenities and friendly staff and the view was great from the unit.
