5 Bedroom Beach Estate with panoramic views of the Ocean. We are one of the very few homes that has views of the ocean. Situated in a quiet, private community with plenty of parking.

Keywords: 5 bedroom beach estate boasts 4860 square feet with most every room having a great view of the ocean. Private beach path is just down from the place. We sit on a full acre site with plenty of parking. Clamming tools, beach chairs, and wireless internet throughout. 4 flat screen TV,s, bonus room with poker table and foosball table. Bunk room has 6 twin boat shaped memory foam beds with a large flat screen tv and plenty of room to spread out. 3 King suites, 1 Queen and a trundle day bed in the downstairs living room that folds into 2 twins.. Dining seats 10. 4 fireplaces. Great place for family gatherings. Just a few minutes from the historic town of Seaside with old time bumper cars and salt water taffy. NOTE: We are one of the very few homes in the area that actually has an amazing view of the ocean!

It was a delightful property.Accommodating eight of us very well...We had a breakfast room AND a dining room...Nice amenities... plenty of linensCould use sharper knives or honing bar and kitchen drawers need a bit of a tune up...all in all amazing accommodations!!!!Many thanks for the resident Elk who appeared to send us off...best of luck to the pregnant one!!!

Wonderfully big house for a group of people - and ALL the bedrooms were great. Beautiful furnishings, hang out space and game activities. Excellent amount of cookware and dishware for a large group. Plenty of parking, good access to the beach and beach chairs- only a 10 minute walk. Fabulous Beach!

The house accommodates a large family group with a spacious feeling. We loved the 3 living/family rooms so we could spread out. The parking was excellent and off the street. The house was well stocked with bedding, towels, beach things, some basic food ingredients that made cooking easier. The kitchen was very well stocked. The quiet neighborhood with the beach in walking distance was perfect for our family. We also loved the convenient shopping 10 minutes away. Our only real issue was with the checkout process of putting clean sheets on the beds. We didn’t like the fact that we had to trust the previous guests to change the bedding. However, We would definitely consider renting this house again.

The house was perfect for our stay. It is big enough that everyone had their own space and it didn't feel crowded when all together. The kitchen was very well stocked.We will rent it again next time we are in that area.

Perfect Getaway with Friends

This was a perfect choice for a group of friends over the weekend to enjoy the gorgeous beach and also hangout inside during the rain. It's not too far from groceries and other interesting locations like Cannon Beach and Fort Stevens

The host was welcoming and responsive. Home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped with two ovens and prep tools. Kitchen is spacious enough for several people to be working at once. Enjoyed the lovely views of the ocean from the house. The walk to the beach is pleasant. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people enountered on walks.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. One of the most well stocked kitchens in a rental house that we've had. The house was very clean with plenty of towels. Most of our time was spent admiring the view while listening to music and having great conversation. We would rent this house again.

Great Home away from home
