With 135 acres of rolling farmland and a commanding 1/2 mile of water frontage at the mouth of the Tennessee River Gorge, the views are simply without compare in the Chattanooga area. Sitting on a hilltop against a wooded area with a creek, the views from Fryars' Green over our 135 acre farm and the Tennessee River are simply breathtaking. This property is a charming and tastefully renovated split-level rancher with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. It includes a second large living area and a second kitchenette downstairs. Enjoy wood-burning fireplaces upstairs and downstairs and the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a stroll on our miles of walking paths along the river and through the woods, bring your kayak for a paddle. This property is also pet-friendly, so you may bring your furry friends to join you in your fun on the farm. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and in Lookout Valley, you are a short drive away from Lookout Mountain attractions and the many attractions and restaurants offered in charming downtown Chattanooga.

Family Holiday Getaway

This place was perfect for our family holiday getaway. There was plenty of space inside and out for everyone. We loved being able to let the kids run around in the wide open space outside. This is a terrific property for your Chattanooga stay. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is large. Plenty of room on the property. The furnishings are quite comfortable. We were 15 minutes from downtown - much closer to Ruby Falls. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Relaxing Stay

Very nice house and property. The location is extremely relaxing and scenic. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen is very spacious and well laid out. I would absolutely consider this location for a future stay in the area. Its close enough to the city to not be a taxing commute and remote enough that it affords privacy and a very relaxing atmosphere.

We had plenty of room for 4 generations to spread out and enjoy the property. Easy access to all the conveniences of the city with the peace, quiet and open space of the country. We took our paddleboard down to the river right on the property. This was a great location for our 2 week vacation!

Our family from toddler great grandchildren to 70+ grandmother were in town for a wedding. We made use of the entire house for 4 days and wish it had been more. The house was by far the nicest place I have ever rented. The accommodations were lovely, everything was just as described and the host was superb. A great time was had by all.

Quiet Location, Roomy House, Comfortable Beds

Wonderful house with plenty of space for 6 adults. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the convenience of ensuite bathrooms can't be beat! The grounds are perfect for a dog that can't wait to chase a ball! He ran for hours! Location is convenient to Lookout Mountain and St Elmo.
