Welcome to the Buckeye Treehouse. A serene oasis situated amongst Maple, Oak, and various Fruit Trees, cultivating a calming connection with nature. Sunlight and greenery fill the house from windows and skylights at every turn. The soothing lull of the year round Lewis Creek in the backyard can be heard from every room. This 3 bedroom house each with ensuite bathrooms, sits along 160 ft of creek frontage and is the perfect place to rejuvenate, center, and alight on peace during one’s travels.

The interior, exterior and furnishings are designed to cultivate a connection with the surrounding natural wonders and to create a cozy calm respite for guests. Our cabin offers over 1900 sq ft of interior living space, a half acre of beautiful natural exterior space to enjoy, including a wrap-around covered patio, Adirondack chair seating along the private creek and amongst the trees, a large gazebo sitting area next to the granite bluff and waterfall, private downstairs studio bedroom with kitchenette and full bath, open concept living and dining areas perfect for entertaining guests or families to gather, living room firewood stove that introduces a cozy warm atmosphere during the winter, high-speed Mesh WIFI, 65” Smart LG TV in living room and 55” Smart LG TV’s in the master and studio bedrooms - all connected and ready for your streaming services. This modern cozy house amongst the tree’s is the perfect place to rejuvenate, center, and connect with nature. Welcome to The Buckeye Treehouse.

MAIN FLOOR
- Living Room: Unwind on the large comfortable sectional couch with seating for up to 5 while enjoying the 65" TV with Apple TV and Chromecast.
- Meditation Corner: Find your peace at the meditation corner and listen to the calming lull of the creek and waterfalls outside the window, or enjoy the board games provided.
- Master Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom: Large King size bed, work station with a view of the creek, 55” LG Smart TV, personal fan, humidifier and luggage rack.
- Second Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom: Queen size bed, work station, personal fan, humidifier and luggage rack. Bathroom with double sinks.
- Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook delicious meals in our fully stocked kitchen, 10pc pots and pan set, cooking utensils, salt pepper and olive oil provided along with neospresso pod coffee. Refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.
- Dining Room: Gather around the dining table with seating for 4 and extendable up to 6 guests, with surround windows.


DOWNSTAIRS (PRIVATE STUDIO)
- Two private entrances; 1) Thru garage door. 2) Side of the house entry door
- Third Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom: Queen size bed, exterior closet organizer, luggage rack, personal fan, humidifier and private exterior entrance and thru garage.
- Daybed Couch: Features additional daybed couch that can be converted into two twin bed sleepers.
- Kitchenette: Fully stocked kitchenette, microwave, mini-fridge, sink, mini-oven, portable electric 2 burner cook top, cooking and eating utensils and knife block set with cutting boards.


OUTDOOR SPACE
- Wrap around covered porch that covers half the exterior of the house with outside dining seating for 6 along with seating for additional 4 on the outdoor couches and additional 2 on the adirondack chairs.
- BBQ Grill 4 burners with 1 side burner with propane provided along with bbq cooking set (please clean up after use)
- Large Covered Gazebo with seating for 4 along
- Over 160 ft of Lewis Creek beach and waterfall frontage. Granite bluff with breathtaking views of the waterfall.
- Rose garden walkway next to the raised garden (currently working on adding to the garden next spring)
- Adirondack chair seating for 2 along the creek beachside
- Outdoor string lights on house are programmed to turn on at sunset and turn off at 10:30PM

IDEAL LOCATION
- Yosemite South Entrance: Reach the entrance of Yosemite National Park in just 22 minutes (12.4 mi) and explore its breathtaking wonders.
- Bass Lake: Enjoy fun-filled lake activities at Bass Lake, only 7 minutes away (4.0 mi).
- Oakhurst Town: Find supplies, gas stations, EV charging, and a variety of restaurants in Oakhurst Town, just a 9-minute drive (4.6 mi) away.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire house along with the exterior space which includes over 160 ft of private Lewis Creek beachfront.
Other things to note

House Guidelines and Info:
1.) Security Camera: For the safety and security of all guests, security cameras are installed at all exterior doors to the property: Front Door, Side Patio Door, Garage Entrance and Studio Entrance.
2.) Shoes-off Policy: We kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the cabin. As we often have families with infants who enjoy crawling around, please be considerate. A shoe rack is provided at the front entrance with indoor slippers available on the wall rack.
3.) No Parties Allowed: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited on the property.
4.) Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
5.) Respectful Neighborhood: Our cabin is located in a quiet family neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful. Noise complaints and parties will result in fines up to $500.
6.) The Creek front has certain areas with steep granite cliffs. Please be careful and keep adequate distance from the ledge. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group.
7.) Outdoor string lights on house are programmed to turn on at sunset and turn off at 10:30PM

9.) Please make sure to not trespass on neighbors property.
10.) Trash and Recycling pick up is every Wednesday morning, there will be Property Staff that will move the trash and recycle bins to the street for pick up Tuesday evening, then back to spot next to garage Wednesday after pick-up.
