The unit is located in a very convenient location. Only 3 mins away from the west entrance of Yellowstone. It is very quiet at night, which is what we needed after long days in the park. It is also very clean.

Our recent 3 nights stay
Location is great and love the full kitchen!!
King size bed was very comfortable, however, the sofa bed was not clean and the cushion was very worn out. We had 4 people so 2 of them were not able to get rest during the stay.

This place worked out great to stay at for our annual snowmobiling trip. It was clean and cozy. There’s a great bar/restaurant, Hank’s Chop Shop, located just behind the place. Great food and good service! Will definitely stay here again.

This is such a cute place. It is equipped with everything you need and even had extras, like a small cooler for use, which we really appreciate. The unit is right outside the west entrance and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It includes a washer and dryer which was nice. We had a great stay.

Apartment was very comfortable, well supplied, and clean. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to YNP. Would definitely stay there again.
The location was perfect for getting to the West Entrance of the park. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had most everything we needed.
Super close to park entrance. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great communication from property manager. 4 star rating is due to the location which is a sketchy feeling side street next to a storage unit.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I’m so glad to hear you found the property clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and appreciated our communication. I’m sorry the location made you feel uneasy. I want to assure you that the immediate area is safe. We have not had any security incidents. The side street and storage unit next door are simply part of the neighborhood layout rather than indicators of risk. We are glad you enjoyed your time here in Yellowstone country! Come back and stay again soon.
Very close to park entrance, remodeled duplex, very clean, comfortable bed. There was construction going on during our stay, but overall didn’t bother us.
Great location, clean, parking right outside, having laundry was convenient — the main con was a severe lack of communication besides automatic messages concerning check-in and check-out. The main bedroom ceiling light can't be turned off without also turning off the fan — there is an additional floor fan provided, but it was extremely dusty and not strong at all. So unless you want to sleep with the windows open or the light on overnight...you've gotta deal with being uncomfortably warm. We also weren't able to find the pullout couch bedding/sheets until the very last day — they're located in a drawer that's built in to the foot of the bed, with a virtually unnoticeable (especially after having slept in the bed) printed tag on the front as the only way of knowing. We messaged about both of these issues and nobody ever responded or came by to address them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean, conveniently located, and appreciated the parking and in-unit laundry.
We would like to provide some context regarding communication. The messages about the fan and sleeper sofa linens were sent around midnight, when our team is not fully staffed. While we were unable to respond at that hour, we acknowledge that the messages should have been followed up on the next morning.
Information about the location of the sleeper sofa linens is also provided in the digital homebook available to guests throughout their stay. We appreciate you bringing the condition of the floor fan and the ceiling fan/light configuration to our attention, and we have shared those items with our team for review.
We appreciate the positive comments as well as the opportunity to address these concerns for future guests.
We enjoyed our stay in unit B. It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. We hope to return and will definitely look into renting this unit again.

Thank you for reviewing your stay! It is always great to know we helped our guests have a wonderful visit to our corner of the world. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again in the future!
We wanted to stay in the town of West Yellowstone, and this was a great choice. It had everything we needed including a kitchen, all appliances and kitchenware needed and a washer and dryer.
We stayed for a week and loved it and the park! What an experience!
Very nice and well maintained property. Host was very good in communication. Home was well stocked with provisions. Good neighborhood and close to everything. Highly recommend.
The property is truly a great place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. Right down the street from the West Entrance…about 2 blocks! Walking distance to the shops and grocery stores. It is very clean and modern with all of the comfort features from home. Very nice and exactly what is pictured! We loved it and will definitely go back!!
You can’t get much closer to Yellowstone National Park! While this is an older duplex it’s been updated recently. We found it to be just like the listing.
The town is very touristy and a bit dumpy but liked the proximity to Yellowstone & the Tetons.
Couldn’t ask for a better property SO close to the west Yellowstone park entrance. Plenty of restaurants close but also a full oven and fridge. Bed is very comfortable. Found extra pillows in the closet. Plenty of towels. Quiet part of town. Could use some spare blankets.
The owner really care about the quality of the guests, the property was really clean. Everything is prepared, there is even bear spray on the countertop. All furniture is high quality, noise proof is good. I will come back again.
