Newly Remodeled Luxury Beach Villa! Nearest Stand-Alone Villa on Siesta Key!

The newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath Villa sleeps up to 6 people. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom and high definition TV and entertainment system. The Guest Bedroom features one twin size bed, a bunk bed with a full-size bottom bed, and a high definition TV. The comfortable living room is furnished with plenty of seating, a high definition flat screen with 5.1 Dolby surround sound system and bar area. The gourmet kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for cooking and entertaining! The owners love to entertain so you'll never need extra glasses or cookware. The Villa also features a garage conversion we call the ‘MAN CAVE’ with a high definition TV and electric fireplace perfect for relaxing, watching sports or movies and enjoying the fun atmosphere with the garage door open or closed. The patio features outdoor seating and a grill ready for you to enjoy a meal al fresco. Truly a gorgeous place for out of towners or Floridians looking for a “staycation”.

The Villa is located in a gated community of Crescent Arms, right on Siesta Key Beach, just north of the Stickney Point bridge. The grounds feature a heated swimming pool, clubhouse, private beach with beach lounge chairs provided. Our villa also provides beach chairs, a cooler, swimming toys, Bluetooth radio, and a beach wagon to haul it all to the sand! This is a great spot to relax and spend time with the family!

The Villa is available for 7 nights or more. Cleaning fee of $150 is waived if you stay with us for multiple weeks, in a row. Rates vary throughout the year. All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

As frequent visitors to Siesta Key, we’ve stayed in many different rentals, but this villa was one of the best. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the heated pool, and there’s plenty of available parking right outside the villa. We encountered a few issues while we were there, and the property manager, Kat, resolved things quickly and thoroughly. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved this villa for our family! It was so close to the beach, very easy walk for our five and four year old! The house had everything we needed including a beach wagon and sand toys for the kids. We were pleased and hope to go back someday!

Villa #7 was amazing! By far the nicest on the Key, came equipped with all the necessary amenities. Nothing but your clothes & swimsuits are needed. The man cave is an awesome additional space to hang out. Will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation

This is our second time staying at this Villa , we had everything available for us to use. It was very clean and quiet, close to restaurants and stores and easy access to Crescent beach which was absolutely beautiful. The Manager was very easy to get a hold of and great communication. I brought my two grandsons and they loved going to the beach every day. We will definitely rent again for next year’s vacation.

Loved the house and especially the location. Great setup for our kids who are local can come by and hang out or spend the night. Grill needs heavy maintenance so while there is one, well it needs reconstruction.

Great Villa with more than enough amenities and all clean and well maintained. Ayla excellent communicator at the business end of arrangements. Siesta Key proximity to Sarasota a plus and oyster bar within walking distance a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend but somewhat sheepishly since we would like to return.

This is a beautiful property and they have everything you need, my only suggestion would be directions on the operation of the remotes in living room, example surround sound etc, could not figure it out and would have loved to check it out. The garage was great for the kids and the furnishings were beautiful. Thank you

We have stayed in a few of the villas at Crescent Arms, and this has been the best, by far. From the location (closest to the beach), to the amenities (cart, chairs, ice maker, man cave)— we had the best trip! We had four kids in the spare bedroom and they had plenty of space. The unit is beautifully remodeled, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to messages; we will definitely be back!

We love Siesta Key

We loved the size and location of property. Villa is very nice and remodeled too, but it wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived and all the beach chairs were broken. I still recommend this property for the families, but make sure you contact the owner or the manager prior to your visit, to make sure everything is taken care off before your arrival.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and had all the extras we needed. The man cave was so cool, loved all the humorous signs! We were across street from grocery, Captain Curts and a shirt walk to a breakfast place. Caught the trolley just across street and on to the village we went! Villa #7 was amazing! It was immaculate, just a few steps to the beach and was stocked with things you didn’t even know you needed. If you have kids, you will not need any beach toys, there was more than enough. The man cave is great and air conditioned. This is the best vacation rental we have ever had. We booked for next year before we left.

Great Villa #7

I spent a week in this villa and we loved it. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious. The shower outside was perfect because it kept all the sand outside the house. The villa had everything that we needed for the week, like the beach chairs, tent and the cart which helped us take all the heavy stuff. The kids loved the man cave that they made in the garage. We are looking forward to renting it again!

Beautiful villa and location was perfect. We did have a maintenance issue with hot water heater at first but Anthony the handyman talked me through how to fix It. The kitchen has ants. We had to put food in fridge or microwave. I will probably come back.
