Great location, good place to spend a few days

A very sweet place to be and once we had little details like the door combo figured, it was all great. I didn't read the description closely enough and thought the little pool area was private to the unit. It is actually shared by three units but was quiet and lovely.

Stayed here for a race weekend and the location was great. 10 min from sky harbor, easy access to the highways, and in a very safe neighborhood. We walked our dogs nightly with no issues. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we were able to make a small meal in the kitchen. We did end up bringing a bigger pot because they had smaller sized cookware so be aware if you are cooking a larger meal. Overall, highly recommend. Rich was quick to answer any and all questions we had and the value for our stay was absolutely there!

One bathroom shower issue was not addressed

Worked well for us. Tidy and well stocked kitchen. We were there with 2 sons and 2 grandchildren. Would be good to have more hooks in small bathroom. Very small shower open at one corner, no where to even keep a towel handy and dry. We are senior citizens and would have really appreciated safety bars, at shower and very low toilets
