Had 14 of us on a family vacation stayed 7 days and nights had plenty of room very spacious and grandchildren had plenty of space to play would go back again. Host was very helpful We had an excellent time
The view and location are so relaxing and inviting. The house is an older one, so keep that in mind when you stay but was very clean and furnished well. Felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. We are already trying to figure when we can come back and have a longer stay. Everyone we met in the community of Atlantic, NC was always very friendly. A great place to stay while exploring what the local islands have to offer.
The property was wonderful loved the closeness to the sound. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the nature that was around
Maybe add to the property listing it does not have water access as there is wall between the land and water. But fishing was great
We recently stayed at a fantastic house in Atlantic, NC for a fishing trip with a group of friends, and it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were great—everyone had their own bed, which made for a comfortable stay. The house was super clean, making us feel right at home. The fishing in the area was amazing, and we never had to worry about storage for our boats or parking space. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fishing getaway! We recently stayed at a fantastic house in Atlantic, NC for a fishing trip with a group of friends, and it exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have been happier with this rental for my thanksgiving vacation with my brother and my kids. The house was spotless with plenty of room inside the house for sleeping (3) kids (3) adults. There’s was enough dishes and kitchen items to cook a whole thanksgiving dinner. Everyone has a lot of fun fishing from the shore as well. Really a nice place to enjoy the ocean without the traffic.
Upon arrival the home was nice. There were 10 in our party. Very spacious and had a large dining area, which was enjoyed with game time. The property offered nice fishing spots. We will say no one got bored because they didn't catch any fish.
There was a nice porch to enjoy the waterfront views. We were treated with a visit from the dolphins a few times.
We hope to enjoy this property again. The only negative thing is very little cell or internet service. The only time that was a real problem was at night when the televisions wouldn't work.
However, on the other hand if you are looking to disconnect and enjoy time before technology. This is the place to be! It is far w
enough out in the country but still close enough to enjoy Atlantic Beach, the aquarium, the museums, water park, and other attractions.
We had a brush fire in the area while visiting.
The host reached out to make sure all was well upon arrival and during the fire situation. Thank God no one was hurt and we were not forced to evacuate. Of course, like most vacations they end too quickly. Hopefully, they linger in memories for much longer.
