Kevin's house on a quiet street in a neighborhood close to downtown Portland, Maine was a wonderful place for us to use as a base for the end of our fall foliage tour of New England. Kevin has thought of every amenity to make this place top notch. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the large screen TV provided entertainment when it was too wet to venture outdoors, And when we did venture out (to visit the site of the Portland Head Lighthouse, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at Gilbert's, and to watch a comic at the Empire Comedy Club), the venues were easily accessible and within close proximity of this house.

The house was not only clean, well stocked and beautiful but there were thoughtful amenities like personal hygiene products and delicious chocolates, the reclining love seat in front of TV is fabulous but the cozy sunroom was my favorite place for morning coffee which was provided and evening wine,The location was convenient for groceries getting around to Portland happenings and a great Italian place (Bruno’s)Heating and cooling was great - the beds, sheets and blankets were wonderfully comfortable and cozy. Quiet pretty neighborhood- lovely retreat: Kevin is a great host, very friendly easy to work with and had some great suggestions for our trip to Portland! Best stay, Kellie M.

This property was cute, clean , family and dog friendly! We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in! The trails within walking distance from the house were super cool! A perc for dog owners! The host was great to work with! We would definitely stay again! Thanks Kevin!

Kitchen was fully equiped and stocked with supplies such as spices, coffee, etc. Would have been easy to cook for ourselves but opted to explore wonderful Portland food scene. Host was very responsive when we needed assistance. Would recommend and stay again.

The location and accommodations of this property worked out very well for us: close to stores, restaurants, the airport, the interstate highway etc. Despite being an older property, the interior was very clean. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice appliances, linens, bedding, pots and pans, etc. The cupboards and fridge were well stocked, too; enough to bake a cake from scratch if we had wanted to! We even had the pleasure of meeting Kevin one day when he attempted to mow the lawn with a mower that didn't work. We had a nice chat with him in the yard. The next day the lawn somehow got mowed while we were out! It was a big improvement.Way to go, Kevin! Sending thanks via this note and wishing you many blessings and good luck on future rentals!

Off street parking was a benefit. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs. There is also a great walk in the woods for dogs nearby. Kevin was very responsive.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We spent the day in portland then returned to eat pizza and watch a movie. The beds were very comfotable, probably the best of any vrbo type stay that we have had. Definitely reccomend staying here.

Great stay

This was a great stat! Very comfortable home with higher end touches- nice shower, comfortable bed, quality linens, all clad cookware! AllMade for a very comfortable stay and super close to downtown Portland.
