The Joy House is professionally designed with charm and modern comfortability from room to room! It was created with you in mind, to make our guests feel at home, away from home. Magnolia tones throughout the home give you the Waco experience! Wall-to-wall windows flood the spaces with natural light!

With four bedrooms (8 beds) and 2 & ½ baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 12 people.

The master suite features a luxury king bed, Smart TV and gorgeous natural sun light with views of the barn and trees in the backyard and the outdoor sitting area in the front. The master suite features a newly remodeled master bath with a large fully tiled walk-in rain shower and walk-in closet!

The main living area features a mounted LG Smart TV, a large comfortable sectional, 2 leather chairs, a large ottoman to put your feet up and open concept to the dining room and kitchen to feel together but still give everyone their space.

The large dining room (seats 10) has sliding glass doors that open to the side patio area equipped with a fire pit and adirondack chairs so it can be enjoyed sun up to sun down! Ready for conversations, stories and laughter!

Upstairs the charm continues into the flex room with a wall to wall window seating! Upstairs is a great "fun space" with a sleeper sofa (queen size), smart tv and 2 trundle twin size beds, 4 twin mattresses total. Upstairs also includes a walk-in closet stocked with games for lots of fun and memories!
