The rental was clean and spacious. We were walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The area was very nice.My sons enjoyed riding the bikes provided to the beach and playing basketball with the locals. The price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend!

Good, friendly communication with host, Leslie. The condo is very clean with a “beachy” vibe. Great location/walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Stocked with fun outdoor equipment ,kitchen and bath amenities available for you to use.. Will definitely stay here when we visit San Diego again. Highly recommend this place.

The property was clean, inviting, comfy. Almost homey feeling. We came from Texas to have a large family reunion, while we were extended family came over and enjoyed there visit with us. Leslie was a great host, i would stay again and recommend. Ty, Leslie.

This is a cute condo in a great location! Perfect spot for a trip to San Diego (and Tijuana). We were able to get around the entire metro area from this location and there's plenty do in Imperial Beach too, as well as plenty of restaurants. We could see the ocean from the porch!

Former Imperial Beach resident who travels down a couple times a year. Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and pier. Property was clean and had everything we needed! One of the best rentals I’ve had in IB!

Great getaway house

Celebrated birthdays and Independence Day at Imperial Beach and it was great. Nice quiet area, but still close enough to downtown San Diego. The beach was nice, clean and relaxing. The house was a perfect size and very clean as well. We had a great time and will definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about staying here.

A Perfect Spot!

Leslie has a great spot for a group or a family! Super close to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Everything from the furniture to the beds were super comfortable. And secure parking! Thank you Leslie for making an already great weekend that much better.

Great little beach condo!

We had a great stay at Leslie's condo! We walked everywhere; there were some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We also walked to the beach and also trekked to the estuary. There was plenty of space for us (2 adults, 2 kids) and it was also nice that she had a pack n play we could utilize! would defiantly stay here again.
