Good, friendly communication with host, Leslie. The condo is very clean with a โ€œbeachyโ€ vibe. Great location/walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. This is a cute condo in a great location! Perfect spot for a trip to San Diego (and Tijuana). We were able to get around the entire metro area from this location and there's plenty do in Imperial Beach too, as well as plenty of restaurants. We could see the ocean from the porch!

Great getaway house

Celebrated birthdays and Independence Day at Imperial Beach and it was great. Nice quiet area, but still close enough to downtown San Diego. The beach was nice, clean and relaxing. The house was a perfect size and very clean as well. We had a great time and will definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about staying here.

A Perfect Spot!

Great little beach condo!

We had a great stay at Leslie's condo! We walked everywhere; there were some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We also walked to the beach and also trekked to the estuary. There was plenty of space for us (2 adults, 2 kids) and it was also nice that she had a pack n play we could utilize! would defiantly stay here again.

Great Location

We had such a good time at Leslie's property! The location was perfect and she was so kind and such a pleasure to work with. We spoke a few days before our visit and she let us know everything we would need to know for check in. The townhouse is walking distance to several restaurants, a wonderful candy store across the street, and close enough to take a daily morning walk to the pier. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an amazing stay.We can't wait to visit again.
