Walk less than a mile to River Run via the well-maintained paved walkway during the summer months, or walk just 100 yards and hop on the complimentary shuttle with your ski gear in the winter! Guests of Ski Tip Ranch enjoy access to an outdoor common area with hot tubs and a pool.

The townhome's spacious two-story interior is fully furnished for family-friendly comfort. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV. The patio includes mountain views, a table, and additional seating to enjoy the mountain scenery all year. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances is equipped to handle slopeside snack prep or at-home meal planning. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
