The cottage has two private entrances, a patio with Carmel stone under an old twisted oak, and bistro lights that make the space look magical at night. Less than a mile from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, libraries, art galleries, thrift stores, and boutiques are all nearby. Carmel Beach is just a mile and a half away. Easy to access Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Point Lobos State Park, and the Big Sur Coast.

We are bona fide Carmelites passionate about Carmel, its history, and its scenic beauty. Kelly is a plein-air painter, and Stacy was an elementary school teacher who now enjoys documenting Carmel on her Carmel Instagram account.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is in the One Square Mile of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We are at the top of town, and it's an easy walk to our shopping village and just a little further to the ocean. The hike home is over a mile uphill. Great walk to town, though!
What makes this property unique
The cottage is hidden behind three redwood trees in the front and a magical private garden in the back. Carmel stone, jasmine, trees, bistro lights. See photos. Very enchanting. You won't want to leave!
