The space
As you step inside, you're greeted by the inviting game room on the first floor. To your right, a cozy table beckons for gatherings, and right next to it, a mini indoor basketball hoop awaits for some friendly competition. On the left, a ping pong and foosball table promise hours of fun. A convenient bedroom with a king size bed on this level offers peaceful slumber.

Venturing upstairs, you'll find yourself in the spacious living room, adorned with modern yet comfortable furnishings. A large flat-screen TV takes center stage, and a warm indoor fireplace adds a touch of coziness. Step out onto the balcony from the living room, where an outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill await your culinary adventures. An adjacent bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom provide convenient accommodations.

Moving beyond the open living room, you'll discover the dining room and kitchen, both elegantly overlooking the living area. Behind the kitchen, a secluded family room with panoramic windows offers serene views of the surrounding trees, along with a formal dining area.

From the living room, ascend to the third floor via stairs leading to two more bedrooms and an additional balcony, perfect for taking in the picturesque scenery. The third floor includes the master bedroom with a sprawling king bed, making it a private sanctuary for relaxation and rest.
