Everything in the house was great except for the WiFi. Streaming was iffy as well as use on an iPad especially later in the day.

Wonderful period home renovated many years ago but now in need of TLC. But we throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is close to town and local universities in a lovely neighborhood. The WiFi could be improved with a newer modem and placement up high in the hallway. ( I noticed in another review the owner said othe types of WiFi were unavailable

We wanted HISTORY. Beautiful house with all the fuss in decor of the era. Three friends—we hung out on the lovely porch, had plenty of room. Location was perfect!

Beautiful historic Lexington house

The location allows you to experience the town of Lexington from right in the middle of it, and the house captures the historic feeling of the area beautifully. Filled with art, books, and history, it is a great place to stay when visiting Lex.

Location & layout of the home are excellent. There are some upkeep issues- moldy shower curtain, some area of water damage & rot, burned out light bulbs. Overall a very nice property.

VMI reunion weekend

Fantastic stay. The home is a historical experience. We loved sitting on the porch. The big dining table was nice for us all. The host thought of everything you’d need. Would come back again.

Great kitchen & outside areas and plenty of space.

My family of 4 spent four days here for my daughters law school graduation. This home was a great place to stay. Kitchen is top notch. We also really enjoyed side porch and back yard. Three large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Very close to town, so we could easily walk to most places. Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable home. Enjoyed the location as it is so close to Main St and other downtown shops. Bring your own toiletries as none are available in the home.

Perfect house! Perfect Location!

We were in Lexington for a family wedding and wanted a place where we could comfortably visit between events. This house is so charming! It’s like walking through a museum! We loved the art, the books, the awesome kitchen and reading about the house history. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents!
